Is there no cost EMI option available in buying laptop in emi?? If is then can you please tell methe details about it?

My laptop have some problem so I went there but first they told me that it is charger problem and I spend 900 rupees for serviceing and also buy a adapter but my problem is not sloved. Then I went there again they tell me there is some problem on my motherboard and I spend 3000 still my problem not solved and they tell me to spend 2500 rupees again , this is wrost place in purulia for laptop and computer serviceing ,
