Their products are too good, & price is low, they offer sometimes gift too. Huge collection in only one building. But management is not good, since there is no any ac, & two three fans are there. Customers faced a lot of problems because of scorching heat. Like when I visited, become an boiled egg totally. Then another problem is only a few people work there so they cant help you to get products... & in last few months the trial room has been closed, so i could not check.. Hope these problems will solved quickly...

No exact price tag in materials. If you purchase one thing counter says totaly different.so before entering into the mall be cautios. Staff behaviour not up to the mark

Product quality is pretty good. Price & stock are very excellent. Mid range products with all home & kitchen items are available with good quality & price. But this mall didnt on there AC. Due to havey heating fell suffocating at after some times. air ventilation are very poor. Parking was not good. Also not sufficient staff they have.

Sizes are not available , proper hygiene not maintained at the entrance, staffs are not in uniform also with regular dirty uniform, staffs are not pro-active to help when told that sizes are not available. Staffs must be trained. The review is for Purulia branch
