Used to be a usual customer because of the freshness and perfection of the pizza. However now I am being served burnt pizza!! Which has happened twice now...

This place does the best chicken tandoori pizza give it a try! and I tasted their meat lasagna and chicken pasta which was also tasty. They do the best pizzas for ur partys.

Never had an issue ordering from hot pan until tonight! Pizza arrived with a slice missing. I rang them up and explained this politely. The man I spoke to was rude and stated that I was making false claims.Shouting down the phone at me.Asking me why his driver would eat the pizza.Absolutely disgusting attitude. Hung up the phone on me. He didnt apologise for the mistake once

Never had a bad meal from here, always order for delivery and the service is quick and the food always come piping hot. This is my favourite pizza place and the Newyork burger is beautiful from here too fully recommend.

Staff are very well friendly, always fast cooking and never turn eye as they are prepared to welcome you with greetings. Their pizza is delicious, well topped up with macaroni cheese and rich tomato with thick crispy bread. Went back there two times now during my hotel stay for four nights, and enjoyed their type of pizzas than hotel. All l can say is, eat out here and enjoy the big bite! :-)

Yummy, this place is delicious. I recommend the chicken fillet burger single meal. The flavour bursts in ur mouth and is jus perfectly cooked. I highly recommend visiting this place for cheap and quick food. Thank me later 😂

Really not a nice place to order from. the pizza was flat when I ordered a deep pan, chicken was undercooked, fries were soggy and the cheese on the pizza was like rubber. The food was late and the driver was rude. Really not a nice experience and definitely not value for money. There are much nicer places to order from and honestly one of the worst pizza orders I have ever had. The cat wouldnt even eat the cheese or the chicken so that tells you all you need to know.

Fries were the best. However, the way they had placed the burger and fries was awful. The chicken fillet was overcooked and my cousin was in the bathroom for over 30 minutes.

Carefull the staff dont wear gloves or hairnets I had a large order after waiting 30 mins i was told there wasnt enough kebab so had a xl pizza which was very doughy and the toppings just slid off absolutely horrid i would have minded but had waited altogether over an hour in the shop dont eat here waste of money

Pizza are good but they lie to you regards to the delivery time. I ordered my order around 21:10 nothing was delivered when phoned 22:50 was told sorry (we are leaving now) so had to cancel. Very Disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service as we ordered a Pizza and called them 3 times and it didnt get delivered till 2 hours later hence why we had to cancel the order. The only thing they had to say was sorry.

Nothing is fresh everything frozen and canned they don’t clean hair hands when they go toilet they eat of your oder and when stuff of your order drops they pick it right up and put it back on your orderWould not recommend(Worked there) and everyone who works there doesn’t pay tax and the owner is a complete lier)

My order was late which I dont mind but my dessert and sauces were missing.

Terrible service pizzas burnt to the point you could get food poisening, fries over cooked to the point which are harder then sticks to break and then only to get told to feed them to my children by owner and also not to order from here as food is terrible..
