Place is easy to search, cleanliness is moderate, staff behaviour what i didnt like but depends on individual.

I came for birth certificate and there it was crowded. Documents are submitted around 10am to 1pm. The system for same needs to be improved.Parking space is provided inside premises.Lift was not working.

I waited for 3 weeks to recieve my duplicate birth certificate. Visited the office for more than 5 times just to remind them of my certificate.

Best place to test your patience. Its been already more than 1 month and 10 visits to get my birth certificate. I think more than being inefficient, employees like to trouble people and visit them again and again. Just one advice - go there with a smaile on your face!

MCD at civil line employee are all corrupt . They all all together with local police , local political vidyak .They ask money and dont work. They all under BJP government and all are corrupt people.According to me I would shoot at main road due such corruption . They don;t know how to speak with any people to whom they are serving . There all property and wealth should be taken by government .Very very very corrupt organisation

A typical government office with same old bureaucratic mindset of employees who treat the general public like cattle. Long queues at all counters, ill-managed procedure and pathetic system coupled with non-functional air conditioning system and lacks of fans make it a horrible experience every time someone has to visit here.

Everyone in the office if good . Except sub -registrar (Mr.navrattan) his behaviour is so bad . He don’t deserve the post .
