It has been three months since my disconnection and deposition of ONT device. But my security deposit has not been refunded. The only assurance by this office is we are looking into the matter. If your area has other internet service provider, go for them. I will not recommend IB Wireless Service.

Internet fluctuation is a big problem with this service provider . However, They do solve issues within time but because of fluctuations I logged out of my work whch is not acceptable.
