Average hotel. Can stay if no option available. Near to beach market and swargdwar.*No parking space for four wheeler. You have to park your vehicle outside the hotel on road.*My car got scratches. No landline phone was there in room to contact reception. Room was looking old. Chair and bed cushions are so dirty you will not even touch them.

Location wise quite good as it is close to both Sea Beach (appx 80m) and Lord Jagannathdeb Temple (appx 800m) so one can easily manage both while on tour. Room was average. No intercom facility. Room service regarding cleaning is OK. Food is available and is served in the room. Food quality is OK. Sea view only partly available from rooms having Balcony. Rate is reasonable.

The hotel is located just near to beach in swargadwar area. You have to go little inside a narrow galli to the left of hotel Sagarika which is facing the sea to reach here. Its just a minute walk from the main road but the rooms are spacious. We made a mistake while booking this property thinking its sea facing but its not. But overall experience was very good as the manager and other staffs were very good with their service. Restaurant is also available here. Its a good place to stay in and is very close to the beach in a prime location.

The location of the hotel was soo near to sea beach and just 10mins walking distance from temple .The behaviour of hotel manager was soo good. Room was just good, room service was available. The rate and quality of food in restaurant is not bad. Totally, I have a good experience with this hotel.

Golden Beach near about 50 m, 1 min walking distance. Mandir is on 15 min walking distance. Room no 5 is best(my choice). Cheap Homely Food, Good test. Good manager and also good Management. only one thing is that there is no Lift and also narrow staircase. So this hotel is suitable for aged people if their room is on the ground floor otherwise not. Outside road is very dirty and unhealthy and bad smell from high drain in front of lane. Overall rating is 4 out of 5.

Worst experience. Worst condition of rooms. Worst food and Worst behavior as well.They cheated on us. We booked a triple bed room for Rs.1500 per day which is higher than they mentioned their rate in their Portal. They mentioned in their portal..1. 24 hrs check out2. Free Bed tea etcBut they charged for all bed teas, and forced us to chk out by 7 am. When I asked about the facilities mentioned in their website, they answered that is wrong Information provided there. And charged extra for everything. Please dont book this hotel . Rooms are very very dirty, walls are dirty, no geyser, bathroom locks are broken.

Not Clean. Cockroaches moving all around room. Stayed for 3 days. But they didnt even cleaned room once.Breakfast u have to wait for 10 to 15 mins and the quality is very bad. They will charge even for Tea n breakfast.Not a good value for money paid.

Pleasant stay.. staff are very co operative. Near to sea beach. Food is very nice but it takes little more time than actual to serve. They offered pillows made of sponge/synthetic. But We prefer cotton pillows.

This Hotel even though has some young & well behaved staff & thats the only thing good about this property. The amenities are all not at all mentionable even though that might be due to the latest disastrous Phani that took all peace away from Puri... Booked a triple bed room fr two days @ **i guess best at this price.minor faults like running basin water no lift. other than these everything was good location, cleantiness, beach proximity , market proximity , 1.5 km walking distance to jagannath temple.if sea view is not necessary then this hotel is highly recommended.

We booked.. for 3 nights. Checked in to it on 20th and checked out on 23rd of December 2017. Very very very nice experience. Manager Bishnu ji is a very well behaved and helpful person and the stuff also. Food tasty and price reasonable, sea beach is in just 1 min walkable distance from here. Rooms are beautiful but reasonably priced. Overall toooooo happy and satisfied. Thanks to SAMBIT PALACE.

We are staying at double bed ac room no. 307, overall good ambience of hotel as well as the room, the room at the 3rd floor & you have to use only stairs ( no lift ), rooms window ac & tv are in good working condition but only problem is that the wash room is very small & commode flash not in working condition.

Easy to find out this place. We booked online. It is very near to the golden sea shore; walking will take 3 minutes. Clean rooms and late food delivery to our rooms. The room service boy Kali is very hardworking and polite. Frequent power cut problems bothered us at night and the men at the generator were not quick and so much skilled. The whole Puri town area is trying to overcome the suffering from the cyclone Fani. Unless your visit is around the season time, the tariffs are not charged sensibly and have to get much more cheaper.

Nice location. Not sea facing. But one can reach the shore for a couple of minutes walk. It is located little behind Pulin Puri. 10 minutes walk to the nearest market around Mahaprabhu statue.Rooms are not very large, but contains almost everything one needs. AC works fine. TV works fine. Bathroom is very small, but has 24 hour running water supply. The room we got for ~₹1750 had balcony. And they have got excellent room service.Food they served were delicious and priced reasonably. Bed tea served. Bed roll and linen were clean. They provided only single blanket for a double bed, although provided one more right on request.Very important to note that they have generator and didnt suffer in cases of power cut which are very frequent here. But AC doesnt work while on generator.Staffs behave politely and responded to requests humbly.Dont have much of a complaint per say. But little more space in bedroom and bathroom and an elevator would have been excellent.Nearest alternatives are Hotel Landmark, Sagarika Hotel, Hotel Pulin Puri, Hotel Sea Gull, Hotel Pushpa etc.

I would really recommend to go and stay in the HOTEL SAMBIT PALACE whenever you reach PURI. The behaviour of every staff including manager uncle, very very good. Also I want to mention that food inside the hotel extremely delicious, they have an AC restaurant also.But I want to pick just a small thing that we have booked 3 room but lock of one room isnt working well. This hotel is not good for families. During my stay a large group was staying at the hotel and playing very loud music. This is easily tells about the standard of the hotel. Also in-house restaurants kitchen i very dirty. Room service is good though. Window ac is not working.

The price is very reasonable ,rooms are good enough,the same four beded room just beside the sea would cost at least double is 3000,i got it for ****.i think it is a good bargain.i definitely recommend it.Beach less than 100 meters.Main beach market 150 meters.temple 2 km.station 4 km.Over all good.

Rooms are clumsy..door locks doesnt work properly..bed sheets are dirty with spots..blankets are also untidy..though staff behavior is good.they clean the room and toilets everyday..but they need to maintain the rooms..wifi is available in the hotel. Ill give 2 stars..if you want so-so hotel in budget, you can go through this hotel.

I had a worst experience with the hotel.I wanted a hotel where I can can check inn early at 5 am and check out at 10 am same day.I called the hotel reception mentioning I need to check inn early as my train will arrive bbsr at 5 am and need to check out early as my flight schedule at 9 am same day.The reception confirm that I can check inn early and ask me to book.After booking when I called them again they said sorry you can not check in early as all the rooms are full.This kind of unethical.unpofessional behavioral to make money always letting Odisha down. This kind of liers bringing badname to the state and shame for the city.I didnt go to the hotel but I can imagine how worst could be the service quality of these people.

Hotel is good. Not all rooms will reach your expectation so you have to check with this to hotelier. Service and peoples are very good. you will get good quality of foods and service.

Very badly maintained rooms. Mosquitoes in rooms. Drosophila flies in bathrooms. Foods were also very bad. out of 10 peoples 2 peoples got loose motion. Fish were bad. Staffs were average.

Hotel Sambit Place is not bad in Puri. About 3-4 mins distance from Sea Beach. Location is good. But road is narrow. Room service quite good. Stay with family for 2-3 days here. This hotel Cheap so stay there and enjoy Puri.

At first one room in first floor is allotted against my booking which was totally faulty position, balcony of the beside room is just in front of my room (window) and everything inside my room is visible from there, so this situation we face at starting moment of my stay. But after communicate this with hotel authority they change the room as early as possible with out extra cost. And rest part like behaviour of staff and quality of food, cleaning, room service etc is fine. and location of hotel near to sea beach.

The Hotel still needs many upgradation. The staff is Good but new. Even though the rooms are nice & cosy however the doors are clumsy & are really not in good shape. Most of the food items are unavailable.
