Its a hookah place on the terrace of a hotel that also serves Beer.There are a few tall chairs that probably have good views.( They where occupied when we where there)As we are not big fans of Hookah as it seemed like nothing special.So I guess what one gets out of it would depend on that as a factor.

Finally, a decent bar in Puri. Positives are decent decor and ambience, great service, great availability of all things on the menu, decent sea breeze from certain angles. The entryway to this small rooftop bar is a bit seedy, but if youve tried other bars in Puri, youre used to it. The construction also blocks out the sea breeze, so it can get muggy at certain tables. Seating is limited but decent for small groups.
