Although being a very old customer, when I ordered food online from the shop they gave the rotten food. No PURCHASE BILL was provided and when I went to the shop showing the rotten food, the shopkeeper simply said its the fault of zomato people, talk to them.Worst service and food. 😡😡

This outlet of Monginis is located on the road leading to Jaganath Temple and can be easily located.They have a good variety of cakes and choclates. Other items for birthday celebration available here.Some Snacks also available.Bought Butterscotch flavoured cake from the shop for my friends birthday during our trip to Puri. Taste was very good.

They are not providing bill for what you purchase. Being a brand franchise (Franchise Name- Jagannath Food Mart, Puri) store, they should provide necessary bill and their prices should b same across all the stores. They are charging as per their wish. Very bad behaviour towards customers. Their reply to why they are charging high and different price than other Monginis counters is that their expenses are more for which they will charge as per their wish. Shocked to see how the Monginis administration is not taking any steps towards such franchise stores.

They will charge you as per their wish. I got shocked to see this type of thing in a brand outlet like Monginis. None of the items have a price tag. They dont even know how to talk or treat a customer. They dont even provide a bill for what you purchase. Really surprised to see this in a monginus brand franchise store. Its shocking to see that Monginis brand authority is also not looking at their own reputation.

I would not prefer buying cakes from this shop anymore, based on my recent experience with the shop. The shop promises to deliver good quality cakes, but the product delivered to me was far different, and totally not what I was expecting. In my case, the design was not exactly what I wanted but they had done a fine job in getting the design right and that is why I accepted the cake. But, to my utter disappointment, the flavour was different from what was promised, the quality of the cake was horrible. Birthdays arent a regular thing and carry a lot of sentiment along with them. Dear Monginis, either start making better cakes or stop ruining birthdays altogether.

Very bad experience.if it would be possible to give zero star i would have given that also.brought 2 veg patties both are 2-3 day earlier one,stuffing was totally rotten n pungent smell was also coming out.these people are also very selling those..beware n check before buying from this particular shop
