Store having spectacular displaying of products along with perfect stocks for each and every ocassion ...Apart from dat d cleanliness of d store is always upto d mark nd yes a must visit store for everyone as it always makes u happier dan before ....D staffs are also well behaved to everyone nd shows heartly response to each customer without any hesitation...... Above all A store to watchout for.....

Giving 1 star, coz i cant give a zero or negative rating.The WORST in-store experience i have EVER had , in any city. We were the only customers in the store at 8pm, and the salesman was least bothered to check what we were looking for. When asked about sizes or price, he was extremely rude and impolite. One pair of sandals we finalized to purchase, he put them back on the rack. Repeatedly asked us to be done with our purchase, even though we had hardly spent 10 mins in the store.He had a biiiig problem with us trying shoes, and expected us to magically pick shoes without testing the feel and comfort. Never experienced ANY SHOE STORE demand that. His excuse was Covid. We were masked, vaccinated and properly sanitized on entering the store. When asked what was unsafe about trying out a pair of shoes, they had no answer.This badly behaved person got into an altercation with us, which led to the store manager intervening. While he was polite, he was unhelpful. On top of that, while all this was happening, there was a third store personnel at the back, who was continuously mocking us loudly. What juvenile and uncivil behaviour is that!I had gone with the intention of buying 3 pairs of shoes. Came back with none. Poor staff,even poorer and disgusting attitude.I have hardly ever seen any customers in this store. Not surprised anymore why that is so, considering the experience we had. While the store might have a decent collection, this is the kind of service they provide.I am never going back to this store, and will strongly suggest my friends and family against it as well. I have been a Bata loyalist since childhood. This store gives the brand a bad name.
