I have visited this place on 1st March for stitching a blouse and the timeline given was 3 weeks. Despite adhering to the timeline she would not even update you the status of the work even when you inform the emergency of the situation. Everytime I had to follow up and though I informed her that I had to leave the city on 31st March and requested to complete the work on time she would not adhere to it and on the top of it she stops replying when I sent a message on 31st afternoon. So I had to drive to her place and explain the situation and request her to atleast give back the saree if the blouse is not done. When I had to catch a bus at 10.30pm, I finally received the blouse through dunzo at 10.20pm which was a very risky scenario. Now, I have to get the alterations done from somewhere else which would cost me extra.She charged me Rs 3300 (stitching and maggam work) for a princess cut blouse with simple single line thread work on hands and neck border.If someone claims to provide a premium service they should atleast adhere to the timelines.
