Builder has taken 1 complete year extra... But the wait was worth it . Quality is good. Builder has always been mostly responsive... Water is an issue all around... Hope the society along with builders take take steps to conserve rain water.

Solid construction & excellent elevations. With cellar being a parking floor, they provided great facilities on first floor for residents. Inspected the location and this complex has abundant water.
