Stay away from this. Throwing money out the window is more satisfactory than giving it to these nincompoops.

These people are just looting money from people by promising to provide a car with fuel in the tariff. Actually they will give you an empty tank and ask you to submit fuel receipt to refuel the car. Also car was very dirty and I even took the pics and sent it to them but they said that you should have called us to raised concern about it. That means that sending a proof will also not work if you wont call them. At time of refund of fuel amout they will tell you that receipt submitted is not proper and they wont refund a single penny. According to them the fuel receipt should have car model number, registration number, density of fuel, and most importantly if you have refueled it from the same petrol station at same time then thats an invalid bill. So I ended up paying for fuel also even after booking a zoomcar with fuel. Moreover their staff is very arrogant they called me at an inappropriate time almost 5 am in morning and started talking in a very rude way that they are not going to refund any amount. After having lots of discussion they said that they can give me ₹100 that too in zoomcar wallet for future bookings............I dont think that anyone else will book the car again from them after suffering all this but thats their way to victimize their customers in all the brutal way possible.

Poor customer service and poor maintainance of cars.

Never recommend to any one.zero star is not allowed me to post the review.These guys just making everybody everything is ok if you are booking the car from zoom but in case of cancellation they will not return any things to you because of there idiotic policies which is totally made for Zoomcar Team.Exact Issue:- I have book a car on 21 July2018 12pm my pickup is 23July2018 morning 8 AM and due to some imp reason i want to cancel this trip on 22July morning 6:30 am but i was amze to see there cancellation charges.before 24 hours + time they will not return any amount except the security deposit see the screen attached below.My question is for zoom car team is it really fair to do this provide me this in writing here.Total booking of the trip is 1795 and they will charge as cancellation charge is 1795 before 24 hour.
