Great food. Quality & Quantity is perfect to have a complete meal (in thaali). If you are looking for traditional masvadi (मासवडी)dish (ITS A PURE VEG DISH) this is the perfect place......Its a Junnar Famous Traditional Food.....
Im die hard non-vegetarian and mostly avoid eating veg food outside but the vegetarian food you get here is really worth and it blew my mind.Lets get done with veg feast now -Masala Chaas ( Spiced Buttermilk) - We started with a bang. We felt like it was destined to happen. We usually order Solkadhi whenever we visit thali place but somehow they dont serve it so we have to go with buttermilk. The buttermilk was medium watery in consistency as it supposes to be and had a dominating punchy taste of garlic which overwhelmed my entire foodie soul. I only had one line in mind after having a glass of milk - मजा आ गय ा!Maswadi Fry - This dish literally blew my mind. After having this I felt like Im not missing meat anymore. It takes hard work and practice to make maswadi perfect. Its their regional delicacy and you have to try it at least for once. The main flavor of a dish comes from the masala which is used in it, which made on an iron kadhai which gives you the taste of iron particles in it. The roasted onions and coconut on a coal heat makes it perfect. The maswadi was crispy and fried till it gets perfect golden color and crispy outer coating, although the inner portion was silky soft. The bason which was used in it had a nice aroma and it played an important role in the soft texture. It was loaded with happiness. #HighlyRecommendedLasun Chutney - It was given with every fry dish and in thali as a side dip but it was the key player which simply do the work. The chutney was done the old way where the entire garlic is used without cleaning the cover. It tasted perfect and had that dominant strong punch of garlic in every bite. It was a true dip of satisfaction.Alu wadi - Another delicacy which comes all the way from their village. They use some secret recipe to give that different taste which Im still wondering. They import all the alu wadi rolls from Junnar because they just dont want to play with the authentic taste. It was a bit sweet but the taste was perfect. It had that lemon hint in every bite which gave that tangy punch at the end.Maswadi Thali - It comes with Bhakri/chapati, Sheera, Bharleli bhendi, maswadi fry, maswadi gravy , lasun chutney, and varan. The gravy we got here was medium thick and had same watery but flavorful broth which we get in the village. I tasted the flavor of maswadi in the gravy which was pretty consistent. However, It couldve been better if it was spiced a bit to give that punch. Sheera was pretty good and had balanced sweetness. Bharleli bhendi was equally good and tasted perfect.Shengoli Thali - This was my first time I had shengoli and yes it takes time to develop the taste for such items. We had shengoli fry and gravy also. They use shengoli in the preparation of gravy/broth which takes all the flavors from it. They give the Tadka of jeera and oil to the shengoli which gives you that nice raw taste and thick texture from flour. The shengoli had a floury taste to it and it was bit dry. I yet to find out what was it and yes I need to develop the taste also for same.Kharwas - A perfect end to our journey. The sweet pudding was perfect and had a nice balanced taste to it. The texture of pudding was medium thick and it was holding the position for a long time. I loved it. It cant get better than this. It was made with Jaggery and had that consistent texture because of it.Overall Verdict - I will be coming back again after Shravan to try out the Nonveg things for sure. Its a heaven for Vegetarians and a must come place for everyone. You should definitely try it at least once to taste their Maswadi.
Great thought to made such a wonderful hotel. It spreads the food culture of junnar. All the very best and keep it up guys.

Excellent quality of food, good service and Good area n nice hotel staff
We have been to their parent hotel amantran agritourism Junnar many times, awesome food, unmatched hospitality & excellent service, shortly visiting the new place
AADARATITHYA is a venture of the famous Aamantran Agritourism from Junnar. It is situated near Katraj Lake in Pune and offers various delicious Veg and Nonveg Food.Recently went there and had some of their Vegetarian Maharashtrian items.1) Maaswadi Fry- I tried this fried version of maaswadi for the first time. It had perfect taste due to the right amount of ingredients used.Had filling of sesame seeds, coconut, onions and other spices. The besan coating was perfectly done and had a crispy touch.2) Aalu Wadi- Also known as Patrode is made from Aalu (Colocasia) leaves. Its stuffed with besan flour, tamarind and jaggery which gives it a unique and authentic village side taste. There was a hint of lemon used in the stuffing. The taste was really AMAZING and the texture, filling used was BANG ON !!This was one of the best alu wadi which i have tasted in recent times. A MUST TRY dish at this place really !!3) Penwadi- Small discs shaped Wadis made from 5 different ingredients (bajri, matki, coriander, sesame seeds, jowar) and garlic. It was a dish which i tried for the first time and it had Nice taste with a touch of smokey and rustic flavour as it is made on burning coal.4) Maaswadi Thaali- Consisted of 4 dry maaswadi pieces (Out of 4, 2 pieces were in rassa) 3 chapati or 2 bhakri, bharli bhendi sabzi, indrayani rice, dal tadka, lasun chutney and sweet sheera.Rassa served in thaali was unlimited and was medium spicy in taste. I liked the dry version of maaswadi more than the fried one.Bhendi sabzi was similar in taste like the one we prepare at home. Bhakri served were good. Sheera i didnt taste much as i am not a sweet loving person but it was good in taste.Dal tadka was also good in taste.5) Shengole Thaali- Was excited to try this as its my favorite. Thaali consisted of same items like maaswadi thali. Only difference was maaswadi was replaced by shengole (fried shengole and rassa dipped shengole)Shengole is basically prepared from hulga or kulith flour. This preparation was totally different from the one which we make at home but still had a wonderful taste. The rassa was flavourful and had well balanced taste of spices. I would have preferred and liked it more if there was some more usage of garlic in the preparation.6) Kharwas- Pudding made from colostrum milk cooked with sugar and saffron. Was superb in taste and had the perfect amount of sweetness and was well set. Will surely visit again to try their NonVeg food !!!OVERALL:-1) Must visit for Typical Village style food2) Use of organic raw food (garlic, spices, rice, onion) grown in their own farms3) Restaurant was hygienic with basic ambience and comfortable seating4) Prompt service and friendly staff
AadarathithyaAadarathithya is a venture by Aamantran Agrotourism Farm & Hotel which is located in Junnar and is famous for serving traditional maharashtrian cuisine. Recently I got an opportunity to visit their Katraj Outlet named “Aadarathitya” to try the veg options. The restaurant is located near Katraj Lake and has a decent ambiance. The seating is comfortable. The management believes in serving food in homely way and the major ingredients like (onion, garlic, jowar, bajra and wheat) which are used in preparations are grown organically in their own farm spread across 22 acers in Junnar Dist. This farm is completely chemical free and they do have their own seed bank from which you can purchase the seeds at a very nominal cost and use the same for growing the crop in your own farms. It is indeed a very noble gesture form the management which is rarely seen these days.We tried below mentioned dishesMaaswadi Fry [Rs 60]: I have never seen fried version of maaswadi but this one was also nicely done, the stuffing was delicious and maaswadi coating was not to thick #RecommendedAalu Wadi [Rs 60]: Finally I found a place which serves excellent aalu wadi, the aalu wadi was cut in symmetrical disc shape, the texture was excellent, very rarely you can see the beauty and perfection of the multiple aalu leaf layers rolled with besan stuffing in it, a hint of lemon used in stuffing paste did enhanced the taste of aalu wadi. #HighlyrecommendedMaaswadi Thali [Rs 180]: The thali had 4 maaswadi (dry), 2 bhakri or 3 chapatis, indrayani rice, bhindi sabji, dal tadka, lasun chutney portion, and 1 portion of sheer along with unlimited rassa. The dry maaswadi from thali was much better as compared to the fried one, the rassa was medium spicy with perfectly blended masala in it, the dal tadka was good in taste with hint of garlic in it, the bhindi sabji was similar to the one that we prepare at home and was nothing exceptional, the sheer was nice and not too sweet. We opted for Bhakri with it was the Bajri Bhakri served with it was superb in taste. #HighlyrecommendedShengole Thali [Rs 180]: Shengole Rassa, Shengole Fry, 2 bhakri or 3 chapatis, indrayani rice, bhindi sabji, dal tadka, lasun chutney portion, and 1 portion of sheer along with unlimited rassa.Shengole is prepared from Hulga or Kulith which is really superb in taste and may not be liked by all, I have always loved hulga so I did enjoyed the shengole fry and rassa, the curry was prepared with tadka of red chilly and jeera only yet it was well balanced. Rest dishes were similar to the Maaswadi thali which were nicely done. #RecommendedMasala Taak (Buttermilk): This was a clear winner for me, the butter milk was spicy than the usual level and medium thick in consistency, it was one of the best buttermilk which I have tasted, strong yet balanced punch of garlic and green chilli, the buttermilk was served cold, however I would suggest the management to ask the customers for their preferences about spice level. #HighlyrecommendedPenwadi [Rs 20]: I was happy to see this recipe from maharashtrian cuisine which is rarely served in any restaurant; I really appreciate the management for keeping this dish in the menu.Penwadi are small discs made out of garlic, green chilly, jowar, bajri, matki, white sesame seed, coriander and it is roasted on burning coal givin it a smokey and rustic flavor. I really loved this one. #HighlyrecommendedKharwas: Kharwas (Milk Pudding) with saffron and sugar was perfect and sweet ending to our meal; It was soft and fluffy, not too sweet and was well set. I would also love to see the jaggery version of the same #Recommended.Overall: Service was prompt and restaurant was hygienic. Staff was friendly; the owner Mr Anand Jadhav was open to feedback and suggestions. I visited this place recently and as it was month of Shravan I had veg options only which were truly delicous, my expectations from this place have already increased and I am eagerly waiting to try the non veg food over here. Thanks a lot Team Aadarathitya for hosting us.

There is no hotel in Pune that offers non-vegetarian food like hotel hospitality. The taste is amazing .. Different and reminiscent of the village, as the name suggests. If you want to eat Junnar meat in Pune with the same Junnari taste, there is no alternative to hospitality. Definitely visit once ....
