This reasonably priced herbal tisane has a high content of basil and tulsi that improves the overall health. This herbal chai helped me a lot with my inflammatory bowel condition. The other contents of the chai like ginger, coriander, nutmeg, and black cardamom helps in calming nerves, preventing unwanted bacterial growth, and clearing the skin. The tea has a fresh aroma that brings liveliness to dull mornings. It has grassy and floral tasting notes along with a powerful aroma of coriander and tulsi that brings a garden-fresh feeling with every sip. I would give this chai nothing less than 5 stars.
