No complaints about the beer. Its truly great. Its the service that is the problem. They deliver 5-6 hours late without any intimation, never pick up calls, deliver wrong items, label the bottles all wrong, bottles are sometimes filthy, and they never reply to mails or reviews either. Other breweries will surpass them if this laxity isnt checked. Delivery service from Babylon, Kimaya, Moonshine is flawless.Effingut needs to pay attention to quality and take only so many orders that they can handle.
