No response on queries. No clarity of procedure after winning lottery.. after all calculated values price comes same as private builders with poor service..

Worst construction. MHADA is not cooperative,not even bothering about the people feeling. No transparency. In name of affordable housing, they are misguided. No clarity of scheme. No parking space.

Pathetic after lottery process.No dedicated helpline for those staying outside of Pune.No proper communication.They dont have backup resources, if someone is on leave then there no one to cover them up.Not co-operative enough in answering all the queries satisfactory.Stamp duty and registration should be low for MHADA flats being the government body

I have applied for Pune lottery January 2021, Won in one scheme. I have not not taken the flat due to some reason but my money is not refunded yet after 4 months. Same is the case with one of my relative. Please assist me.

Very pathetic service, for 2 min work you have to wait for more than 2hrs. No officers available on desk.

No one picks up call at support. I want NOC for bank loan. But MHADA Offices are closed due to lockdown. Payment dates are near. No update on extending dates. At least, there has to a clear communication from MHADA.

I applied for lotteries in Dec 2020 for the Pune location. So Im winner but some financial issues that reason We have then given the written application for the Surrender of Tenement under Scheme Code 359 and refund of the amount. It is almost six months since the application and we as per your criteria. till did not receive the amount. I already visited the Mhada office initially I tried to call so many times. Government body who regulates the ownership of apartment, buildings to sold citizen in discounted prices. Well connected by roads and near to Pune Railway station. The support staff is friendly and helpful. All precautions regarding COVUD-19 is followed.

Bhulbhulalaiyya...If you need one document from them. One simple document. You atleast have to meet three people from different floors. Pay on ground floor. And again climb up to earlier floor. Why I dont know.

Mhada pune (Note on first and third Saturday office is open). Nothing special to say its typical government office just like other government offices. Some of people are really helpful here. Its located in well known area. It is body of government of Maharashtra state housing development authority. They give house by lotery system to defferent categary as per gove. Rules and regulations.

Good Quality construction by MHADA. Great location with a college just adjacent to building of mhada. Only few minutes drive to take you to Old Mumbai highway. Thumbs uo to mhada.

First of all I dont understand why they have given landline number as no one answers the call. Secondly there is no one there to guide you. Half of them are never on their sits. when we ask any information they dont have any details ...
