Imedia will take money in advance, give you 4 effortless basic design, end of the month because they will waste your time and then at last you will loose money, they are poorly unprofessional . dont even think to work wih them , portfolio is fake

DO NOT GO ON THEIR GOOGLE RATINGS as Im already a victim of it. Im shocked and surprised at how they have 4.7 ratings. If I had a choice, I would give them a ZERO rating as I reckon 1 is too much for them.If you have your concept for your logo then, they are not the right people to work with. All they do is copy someone else logo or give very poor quality of it. They wont advise or provide suggestions to your idea or concept all they prefer to go for whats easy and convenient for them.The biggest mistake of giving them a project. I had the worst experience to work with them, they are totally unprofessional and provide poor customer service.It took more than 2 months for finalising my logo in which I helped their designer to build my logo. Later, I asked for the editable files and for a weeks their response was that they going to send me. However, once I paid their 2nd installment then, their team said no and gave me the reason that they dont provide an editable file.Now, if I need to do some minor changes to my own logo that I need to hire someone else and pay extra.Also, when I did 1st installment they didnt mention that they will charge USD$. Even when I transfer the 1st installment from Indian to Indian account they didnt raise any concern. But when I did the final installment then they start asking for extra and giving me an invalid USD$ reason.Please be careful if you are asking them to make your logo as they just copy someone elses logo and will send it to you. I have proof of this as they shared 2 logos with me which were already in use. Later on, you can be stuck with the copyright case.I would highly suggest if you dont want to waste your time and energy please DO NOT GIVE YOUR PROJECT TO THEM. They will just waste your time as well as money and you wouldnt get the desire solutions.Their employees have no communication skills at all, all they do is just argue with their customers.

There are many designers available, but most push their own ideas and use templates But iMedia worked with us until we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. First they took charged for logo making , then present 4 completely basic logos which were not even matching my requirements. And then they said will make 2 more but they provided me those in 3 months , i tried to visit there office and consulted face to face but no result. At last i have given my contract to other company. If anyone wants mail conversation contact me. I request you all dont take work from this company , they only waste time and not even in replying on emails. Designers are extremely pathetic. I doubt portfolio they are showing is real or not. I giving 1 star because zero is not available. Visit there office , u will get idea how they working. We used iMedia to revamp and update our rather simplistic website. With custom style input from us and using their portfolio of designs, they had a prototype up in short order. A few iterations back and forth to adjust graphics and copy were all that was needed to produce a final product.
