1) There are many technical issues faced by the team due to which lectures not uploaded on some days.2) There is no fixed time of uploading the lectures daily because of which the students who are Preparing for competitive exam are not able to follow their everyday planned schedule and their schedule gets disturbed.3) The size of the Rio video file is larger then any other software like vlc player,mx players etc. It consumes much of the internet data for downloading it.4) students have to buy costly monthly internet data packs for downloading the rio video file which is not affordable to students coming from poor background because already they are paying fees of the coaching institute for online classes.5)one or two of the Rio files are not encrypted properly because of which there is intruption in the audio of the Rio video file and voice is not audible for few minutes,however there is diclaimer running below the video that there will be technical issues for few minutes.6) After every two or three days the Rio solfware asks for analytics download for which again internet connection is required to update the sofware then only one can play the video and watch lectures.7) sometimes when we click on the Rio video file it does not play and stops suddenly,however the software counts my one click out of the total 10clicks provided by the sofware and that one click gets wasted without even playing the lecture.
