University is great, but the people inside has made bad reputation.Recently I have sent couple of emails for enquiry because they didnt receive the phone calls and no response from both mode of communication.Google should add tag feature in review so that we can directly tag Education minister from the states and have a look what is going on. Hope soon I will get response on my queries from University of Pune.

Ill share my experience here, filled form with fees on 16th feb, submitted all required docs on student section of sppu on the same day. Got my Transcripts delivered on 5th March. If youre applying please keep in mind that it will minimum require 15 days to process your application. Thanks SPPU.

Minus stars. Worst experience. Fill the form for postal transcript receipt. Not received transcripts for almost 7 months. I visited the office. They first told me to screen packets ready for postal departure. Then I screened files of ready transcripts. Then they told me to go home. Your transcripts are already posted and will reach you in one week. I asked them to give the postal details and courier number. He was liying . Apparently they never process my case to make a transcript. I realized they never made my transcript. Filled the form again, typed transcript on transcripts departments computer. Apparently no one was free enough for 30-40 mins to type my transcript. I checked it myself. Printed them and took the sign. I spent 16 hours (2 working days) at the transcript office. to get my transcripts. I have never came across such shameless government officials in my life. Its a shame for such a big and reputed university.

I wish I could rate them lesser than a star. Extremely rude, arrogant and un-supportive people. I have called them and was still explaining them my application history and wanted to ask the status and they disconnected the call saying they didnt know.

3rd Class categorize response they giving to student, they only work for extra money not for bright university thing. if you want to good future dont take admission in this university.

Its high time that they should review the so called standardized methods.

I hate this university. No body ever answers the phone. I received my transcript in 2 months with mistakes made in it. I am not a local and now have to travel to get the transcript rectified. There is no way of communicating with these people because they never answer the phone and neither reply to your emails. Instead of applying for transcript, just get photo copies of mark sheets attested, which you would receive within 2-3 days, where the probability of mistakes is none (unless there is a mistake directly on the mark sheet).

Worst customer service ever. Are they so illiterate that they cant reply to emails or answer their numbers. Either the number is wrong or nobody picks up. Worst university ever.

Good luck to you if you dont live in pune and have any work with them.. they have delayed sending me my transcripts after taking money and when following up they toss me from pillar to post asking me to contact someone else... ashamed to have studied in this university. forget star ratings I`d give them 5 rotten tomatoes for a rating how about that!

It has been more than 60 days now since I have sent my application. There is no progress, no status update, no response to calls/ mails about my application. I am simply clueless as to what happened to all that fees and the application. Worst ever!!Update: I had to personally go after two months only to find out that the application was still kept at their desk untouched. I was made to wait for three hours just for a stamp. Absolute waste of money and resources. I hope somebody takes note.

Its been over 3 months that i have applied for transcripts. no one ever receives call or replies to mail. Is this an SCAM to exploit alumni for money?I have constantly been checking on site. They have mentioned that the application has been received by their department and the same is confirmed by the courier services.My application number is TRN418-00788 and my husbands is TRN817-01703. If we are missing any docs or you are holding the transcript for some other reason, please update.

Worst University ever, No courtesy to reply to our emails and hung up your call on your face saying we will not do. With changing time they really should work on it . I am trying to follow up with them regarding my transcipts since 2 months . They are not even ready to share my transcript application status on call. now i have to travel all the way from kolkata to pune for my transcripts. This happens when educational institutes are run by uneducated people. They dont value your time and money.

Pathetic service and people, no one answers calls neither replies to emails. Recruit right individuals from unemployed indian population atleast if appointed people cant suffice current work load.

Pathetic service. Its been more than 2 months i have applied for my transcripts and i have no idea when i will be receiving the same. I have dropped more than 20 mails but not even a single response was received. Every time I call they tell me it will take 8 more days. I have already given up and not sure how do i get the transcripts.

The people in the Transcript department have literally zero sense of responsibility towards the students future. The phone number and the email ID is only on paper. No body responds. Students from other cities, prepare to be frustrated. If possible, keep a plan B. You may end up waiting for 5 months, and still have no idea what is going on.The only thing that might work, is physically going there, remind them and wait till they hand it over to you. Remember, processing a transcript doesnt require more than two days. So if you do not receive it within due time, immediately make a visit.

There service is the worst in the country regarding transcript. I regret getting involved with this university in the first place. On their website its mentioned total time taken to process the transcript would not be more than 2 months. Its three months I still dont have it. Moreover they never answer your phone calls.

These university people never receives any call nor reply any email. Pathetic..!! I have paid for transcript & have couriered the docs too, but acknowledgement from their side...!!
