Zero Rating!NO NEETA TRAVELS FOREVER!VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!I travel twice a month to pune with my luggage boxes, but this time the pune Wakad bridge stop Staff was really really rude especially the night staff and they charge you for a bomb. Had a very bad experience. They charge more from a needy passenger. Really upset with this.

Actually it is cheaper then shivneri and services is better then govt as Always also its faster, but staff of aundh are not helpful they either blow you away or they simply ignore have very bad attitude

Instead of bus we got cab due to low number of registration for Imagica trip however taxi driver was polite and had fun with rest of people but reason given was not correct as later point in time they told. us us was not functioning.So instead of AC bus we went to Imagica through cab.

Neeta travels now a days operate small buses instead of Volvo buses between Mumbai and Pune most of the time...these mini buses are not even worth half of the comfort of Volvo bus being charged at par with Volvo. I dont like these mini buses at this price.

Think once before booking ticker from Nashik to Pune or Pune to Nashik.

Very bad management. Their people keep blaming each other for wrong seat allotment. They will fight with you for that and you will end up seating in a last row.

Pathetic service, disgusting people, this is the last time i am travelling from Neeta...First seat was given to somebody else and then the conductor was not aware of seats. he didnot even had chart.

We travelled to and fro Shirdi - Pune. Timekeeping in the morning but not so in the evening. Maybe due to traffic. Seats are not very comfortable, especially when the person in front starts reclining. While coming back to Pune, they dont have the same route and seem to be in a hurry to dump you somewhere. It happened last time also. We could board the bus from Aundh but were unceremoniously dropped at the Station which was neither the station nor a convenient spot. Strangers to the city will have a tough time negotiating from this place.But they choose some neat places in between for food and restroom facilities.

I boarded this bus from outside Pune station at 1. Their tout told me it was leaving at 1.15. We were asked to sit at their office first till 145. Then we hauled all our luggage to a dirty shuttle bus at 2. That shuttle bus took us to their actual bus which was parked about a km away. Then began the painful ordeal of soliciting every pedestrian in Pune to get on our bus. Its 315 pm and the driver is still begging and pleading. Every single person we have interacted with from this god forsaken travel company has been the rudest and most dishonest individual on this planet. If you are ever solicited or advised to get on this bus, run in the opposite direction. Ride a horse or a bullock cart if you have to.

This location is pickup/dropping point for Neeta Tours and travels Aundh. You also get direct VOLVO bus to Pune to Mumbai along with the pickup van to connect for Mumbai journey. You can book bus ticket directly from here also seating is available outside.

The office was being handled by the tea vendor who was selling tea and snacks near office. no washroom facility.

I am a frequent traveler especially between Mumbai-Pune-Hyderabad. Neeta bus Service is WORST service in this region .The Bus conductors are GOONS.Any one hiring Neeta bus service should expect no-coperation from their staff.Any one travelling with family should definitely avoid using NEETA bus Service.

I called up at Chandan Nagar number for inquiry. Some illiterate person picked up the call and said search internet. I dont know why Neeta Travels has numbers put online for their offices when their people dont know the details. Also, he threatened to hang up and check the details online only.

This is the third time I boared their bus and it broke down. I think its my mistake inspite of my bad experience I boared their bus. I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune on this Rainy afternoon thinking the bus frequency is less I boarded the NEETA travels bus at CBD belapur and it broked down at Kharghar which just the next stop (2kms away). The helper said another bus will come in 10mins but it took 1hr 15mins. When I inquired when is the next coming its already 1 hour the helper is shouting on me as if he is giving me some free service. Atlast another bus came which was not dropping me to my destination but I had to board it as they were not ready to return me my money and we were in middle of road.I think NEETA travels should stop their service and Sit at home, first of all they take high prices for their hopless services and they treat the passengers as if they are giving free services and maintenance of the bus is passengers responsibility.

Travels itself is good its vendor office was below average... Vendor wasnt cooperative...

Best service specially in sleeper coach from Hyderabad to Pune, staff is very co-operative, suggest you to get stop in good hotels on highway, All the best Neeta !!!

The worse trip i had with Neeta Travel during my Journey from Mumbai to Shrinathji The drivers are rod They pick up passenger from road side, waste time during pickup. We have chosen a/c sleeper bus but it was waste than a road side dustbin smelling. The driver was not concern about the passenger health and was more interested in pickup his concern passenger.

Very bad service.....booked your ticket online but still didnt get any seat aboard....had to leave the only bus for pune-dadar..if u cannot provide us seats then please shutdown your online services...because u r deceiving your passengers by online bookings.
