Dined at Rajwada in the late evening. Had called to check they are open and dine-in is available. The starter ordered had to be cancelled first as it was not available. The replacement starters came very late and were under cooked. Some of the menu was not available. The main course was nothing much to write about and arrived late. Even the ice for mocktail came only after multiple requests. In the end it was closing time and just as they have us the bill, they switched off the lights. Overall the food was not good, there was no value for money, time taken to serve was too long and the overall service was very bad. I definitely wont be going there again. It used to be good but is very bad now.

Hi, I am writing a review on my dining experience at the hotel. I along with my family went for dinner to the restaurant and were shocked by the delay in service by the staff. The food ordered was a mix of Chinese and Indian cuisine. The food was substandard to say the least. The soup served was spicy, the triple fried rice was worst that I ever had and the chilly chicken was fully cooked. The chicken biryani ordered was again pathetic. To top it all the service was very slow and the staff not we’re clueless about what hospitality is. It was a shear waste of time and money. It seems the Chinese cook is on a mission to sort out the reputation of this hotel. It was a big showdown and I would strongly recommend to avoid this hotel… A thelewala serves u better quality food for sure…. AVOID EATING AT RAJWADA

I booked the hall with some advance payment and when i had to cancel the booking due to covid situation the manager refused to pay the advance though he gave a proof in written that he would be returning the amount in case of covid crisis. He is not picking up the calls. Very very bad experience.

Review for Restaurants and Banqut hall (you must get similar service to room stey as well): Post covid (during unlock) service pathetic and worst.Manger and senior staff is helpless.Staff is unhappy and doing arguments with each other in front of coustomer.Very limited staff is on board and helpless to do services.Minimum 1hr required to serve order. If you want really enjoy any meal then please go n have jhunka bhakar on Sinhgad fort.Tandoori roti half cookeed.I also seen other customers are also arguing with staff for service.Value for money is zero. Please donate money to society rather than spending in these type of entity.

One of my worst experiences in hotel booking. Booked 3 rooms for 3 days through Fabhotel app for my relatives for a family function. They cancelled the last day of the booking on second day of our stay, saying that there will be renovation work, forcing me to look for other hotels for the last day in a hurry. Later I got to know that they booked new customers for the same rooms for the third day. I guess the new customers paid more whereas I used Fabhotel offers to book it for lesser amount.Such a cheap and cheating attitude is what you get from this third rated hotel.Fabhotel support didnt help either.Very bad and frustrating experience.Would have given zero star if possible.Never book Fabhotel or Rajwada. You will live to regret it.

Rooms were good as shown in the picture itself. Rooms are neat and tidy. But some places near the stairs were kept uncleaned. Bathroom was also good. Hot shower is available throughout the day. Food is quite expensive, but it is the same case with most of the hotels nearby. Service is good but a bit slow. Very safe place. Overall good. Had a pleasant stay.

Good place for dinning. Ambience is very good. One of the best in garden restaurants. There is small kids play area, toys and open space etc . Kids will love it. The service here is also warm and staff is also friendly. Food was also good. Overall its good place.

This is a great place to be with friends and family, good ambience and quiet from the city noise. The ethnic look makes it special and enjoyable with your favourite drink. Food is good and easy on the pocket too. This is a bit off from the main Baner road so gets ignored, but a very nice place to spend your evening.

Poor service west of time

This is a place with nice ambience and a huge open space where many people can eat sitting outside. However, be ready for a few mosquitoes though. I felt the food wasnt worth the price of the items. However, it is my personal opinion. No doubt, it would be a good place for a big gang to go together and enjoy.

Very poor maintenance, you hardly get water in washroom taps. Water keeps dripping from AC, entire room becomes a mess. No restaurant so you cant even get tea or coffee in morning. Complimentary breakfast is a joke. As soon the staff see you arriving they disappear to avoid helping you with your luggage. Food at the neighbouring Rajwada used to be very good in past but now the staff is totally untrained and the food quality has degraded.

Rajwada is popular for its ambiance and simplicity. The restaurant has good food which isnt costly as others in Baner. It has got playground with equipments to keep kids busy. Theres ample space inside for kids to run, play and have fun. It has some good spot to take nice pics. Most days, you will find the restaurant not too much occupied, and thats the charm of it. Rajwada is located at a very serene place in Baner. Its not directly visible on the road but has ample parking space, and beautiful, peaceful ambiance.

It is a decent silent place, combined with wedding hall. The main entrance is well decorated. The white Rajwada kind of looking structure is actually a wedding hall not the hotel. The open place in front of that is actually a restaurant area. The food here is delicious. I would rate it as 4/5 for food. The service is very prompt.

Its service is poor. The rooms are fine but there are other hotels that give same rooms with a refrigerator. They deny refund if we want to move out in between the duration of stay. The service is done as if we are asking it for free. Only on compulsion do they serve good. But the ambiance is good. A royal theme is what they are going for. The rooms are a little dim. It has only one white and one yellow bulb.

Fabhotel Rajwada is one of the best hotel in Pune for weekend stay away. The hotel is beautiful, gives feeling of heritage place with an old architecture . Rooms were spacious, clean and excellent service provided by the staff, they were very kind and helpful. Helped me to get to the right location and recommended me few places to visit. Food is delicious, depending on what you order, you can sit outside in the garden and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The parking area is quite big too.

Ambience is no doubt good. You will get yo feel little royal with the type of ambience there. But it is not very clean. Washrooms have dirt on the slab. Scarcity of warm water at night.

Its a support budget hotel. Although it has a big building and huge area, the facilities are not satisfactory. The WiFi was not working and has few issues in the washroom. Its athletically like a Rajwada. Its very suitable for pre planned parties and get together taking 2-3 hours. As it takes long time get order.Food is nice. With classy music going on.Also there is hardly any network coverage, hard to get old or Uber.Its inside so nearly impossible to get Rickshaw.So come with your vehicle or get it pre-planned.

Worst hotel Ive ever been to. Towels n toiletries are like 20 years old n gone through 1000 people before you and the staff is so unfriendly that they are not ready to give fresh towels also. Dont book the hotel looking at the tub. It doesnt work. Dont book breakfast. Youll just get Idly sambar & Bread and butter with toaster. Youll have to toast it yourself n no jam at all. Think 200 times before you book a room here. Had no option to rate it in minus so giving 1 star.

We had stayed there in April. It was our mistake to stay there. Unhygienic place and non courteous staff. We faced lot of challenges with room. Room was full of mosquitoes, bathroom was worst. We had booked for 3 days but had to cancel bookings and look for other hotel. I don’t want to recommend this hotel..,there are better options available in near by area.

Ambience wise and location wise a good open air restaurant. But not very great. Service rather slow. Food preparation is just okay. Becomes very noisy when nears its seating capacity. With time the service quality is expected to improve but mostly the experience is otherwise.

Iconic Restaurant. Though the Food quality has gone down in recent years. Alcohol is served. Big restaurant with excellent seating arrangmenta and lots of space. Big water feature at entrance. The Whole Restaurant looks very grand. Service needs to be improved a bit. Excellent for big group funtions or parties. They also have 2 massive Halls on 1st Floor with good service. They also have fully furnished rooms on rent for wedding or other events if needed. Menu is too Big. Many dishes taste the same. They need reinvent themselves in terms of food. Overall still packed at weekends.

Hotel is very good, but the management and service are pathetic. Even a roadside third class hotel also provides much better service. I asked for tea at 7 AM, the receptionist told that tea will be given only after 8. Ultimately, tea was sent at 8 40 . Most of the times, no body will be available at reception. What once used to be a lovely open air spot is now an extremely overpriced and horribly maintained place...The drinks, even domestic brands like old monk, are supremely overpriced. But that is not the problem... The alcohol they served is diluted and adulterated... That is just not acceptable... To top it all, when asked about the quality of the drinks they serve, the waiters have the audacity to back-answer rudely without even an ounce of apology...The washrooms are so badly maintained that it is a punishment to have to go in there...Really sad to see a beautiful relaxed royal dinner place go down to this level of ruin...

Frankly I like the place but there is nothing called hospitality service for the hotel I have to ask 5 times for the tallest and soaps but not arrived. this is a local customers very well but they dont treat and appreciate travelling customers who are staying on their hotel... it is cheap for boys but not suggested for family....

I had been to this restaurant on 16th May 2019. I had a bad experience. Food was okay okay but table service was too bad. How ever the bathroom doors were dirty.. the floor of the room lobby.. breakfast area.. the worst part is that the breakfast that they served in the morning had bread which was expired and had fungus on it... I went there for my friends sons birthday party. They did good arrangement in cost efective manner. Food was delicious, staff was thoughtful and Valet parking service was a plus. However it took time for us to find it from Pashan side. Their restaurant was besides and ambience felt very good.

Worst can happen here. How did FAB tie up with such old property, I dont know. Rooms are worst with color coming out, no hot water and AC not working optimally. No female staff at reception making family visits fearful as there is no CCTV camera in entire premises as well as Hotel Lobby and Reception. No Fire compliance has been maintained and the reception staff was rude.

We were a group of 6 people and we had gone for dinner. The rooms were in the hotel but we used the toilet which was not maintained well. The food is ok, nothing special...and naan was too chewy. There were lots of mosquitoes and the mosquito repellent coil was smelly. The servers hospitality was very nice. There is also stagnant water in the fountain which gives rise to the mosquito problem. The location is really far from an airport or railway station. It is easy to find.
