I recently travelled from manchester and was using my uber account. I have on several occasions experienced that drivers pick up a trip and call to confirm destination and cancel the trip if the destination is close by or not according to their liking. I usually never write a review, however, with the number of times I had to be delayed is a joke. I feel for a company this big, there should be a way to resolve such an issue, but, no one seems to care. Uber abroad is so much better.

I would say why people cant do there job professionally , nobody answers the call and finally someone answer without even listening to query response was come to office. such worst experience. Uber needs to look after it otherwise they will loose market
