There are thousands of people visiting but there is no inconveniency at any counter. Its on a main road. Rikshaw are available near psk. Hospitality is quite good ( not expecting from government officials but psk Pune is exception ) .

Its government centre mixed with IT companies for better service. Its ok type service here which can be better in future. You need to follow same steps in 3 stages without meaning. No restroom & drinking water available here. No proper crowd management.

Notarized agreement is a valid document for address proof. Photocopy machine available.PSK pune basically has 4 check points.1. Review of photocopied documents and allotment of token number (Approx 10 minutes including waiting time in queue)2. Citizen Service Executive (CSE) - Review of orignal documents documents, fingerprint scan and photo clicking counter (Approx 5 minutes, no waiting time)3. Verification Officer (VO) - Verification zone counter ( Here waiting time is slightly higher, it took me 30 minutes)4. Granting Officer (GO) - Assistant Passport Officer carries out document verification and decides on issuanceThere waiting area of verification zone is small compared to amount of crowd. There were people standing.Overall much better experience than expected.Workforce is efficient. Although they were trying to sell passport covers. I bought it to see quality.Many babies were crying due to closed space and crowd, something could be done about itDrinking water is available.

Passport office is now much better than earlier. Staff is very much helpful to address the issues. Process is now much faster. Within 1 hr you will be done with all process. Time management and proactiveness is good. Be there before your reporting time to avoid issues. Parking is available for 2 and 4 wheelers beside premises.

This PSK facility has very good services. Took around 1 hour to complete the entire process. The staff at PSK was very helpful. Arrive at least 5 minutes before your Reporting time to avoid any inconveniences.

Worst technology by TCS !!On what basis do TCS and PSK,Pune provide timing slot for entering the office ??Its always heavily crowded inside !It took me 5 hrs to get it done.There are 4 stages to complete the process:1.Token Generation : your documents are initially checked with their mandatory Xerox copies, post which you are assigned a token.2. Counter A : According to your token number,one has to go to their respective counter and submission of documents occurs, where they scan your original documents, take photograph and finger biometrics.3. Counter B : Verification of documents occurs.4. Counter C : Old passport is cancelled.The service was prompt and user - friendly. One gets a message and email for acknowledgement for successful application for passport.Passport Office Closed Every Saturday and Sunday....Also Please see Below Picture for more details (information)...

The entire office is very organized. There are batches and token numbers allotted by which the entire process works. The staff is also reasonably polite.U need to cover 3 counters one by oneCounter A & B are quick (around 15-20 mins), but counter C takes time, so make sure you are carrying something to snack especially if with kids.The facility is overall very clean and does provide drinking water & has a restroom.The whole process from entering to exit was done 2.5 hours - for passport renewal.

I went for my passport renewal and the service proved to be very good and organized. There are 4 stages : 1. Token generation 2. Submission of documents 3. Verification of originals and 4. Old passport cancellation. It took me an hour to get through all this and ~4 hours on another occasion for a friend. Overall been a good experience.

This is very good facility for getting passport. Very systematic process and taking applications on time as per scheduled day and time.Place is very clean and process is more simplified.If you file application details properly, there is no need of agent there.Parking is available in the open area next to passport office building ( pay and park )

Was totally amazed. It is so well organised. Took me exactly 15minutes to submit my passport application, complete biometrics and verify documents. And exit.Once you enter there are people who guide you to the ample counters. Staff are very efficient and you are cleared in 5minutes if you have the required documents. If you dont have a photocopy, there is a machine and you pay Rs 1/- per copy. The operator of the machine took Rs4 from me for 2 pages and when I argued with him he told me to get the photocopy from outside. Wiser if you get all photocopy in advance.Then you enter the huge super efficient biometric area. Must be around 40 cubicles here. They take your actual passport photograph here so dont forget to dress upThis took 5 minutes. Then verification of documents, which was fast and out !!! I visited the passport seva Kendra on Monday and received my passport in my hand at home by speed post on Thursday. Am totally amazed. Well done !!!! Kudos

Very organized office and the entire system is very efficient. However, there is delay at times at the C Counter if some of the counters are non operational. Keeping in mind the number of applicants this office handles everyday, all of the counters must be operational. Rest everything is smooth.

Very efficient staff. They guide you very well. Earlier they had a provision for Xerox in the office but now its been taken away. Make sure you inquired beforehand either on helpline number or on website about the required documents. There is good sitting provision counter A and B doesnt take much time but you will have to wait for counter C. Overall good experience.

Worst courier service ever. You would not get timely parcel. Additional they need continue follow up to deliver it as fast as. But they deli as slow as they can. I suggest to use Speed post. You will get 100% Delivery rate and speed.

Place can seen easily during travelling. Security guards and staff is very friendly to everyone. Come with your appointment letter. Without appointment youre not allowed to enter. Booking an appointment is a online process. Bring some food or water bottle with you because the process takes so much time. Be sure you have all the documents with you.

Pathetic service, they don’t have a proper Customercare service. You can’t trust them with important courier. They might be good for documents and rakhi service. My parcel which was 15 kg took 12 days from pune to bhiwandi, for which they had promised 2 days. Above all the person in bhiwandi asked to pay 600 more to deliver.

I had applied for my passport renewal online and received an appointment to visit the office a few days later (just for knowledge the online Passport service is very good and user friendly). At the security gate the guard checks your appointment letter, post which you can enter the premises. There are three counters to complete your process. Counter A for document verification, which is super fast. However, counters B and C (government zone) will take a lot of time especially C. It took me almost 3 and half hours to complete my process. Say it like Counter A takes 10 mins, Counter B takes 30 - 45 mins, and counter C takes 1.30 - 2 hours. So if youre visiting please be ready to in there for max 4 hours, and if your having your kid come along, please make sure you carry some treats for your kids. Else, they can get quite impatient. Also, the waiting area has enough seats so you will be able to find a seat for yourself.

Very Very Systematic Procedure is followed. Office personnel are very professional and Co-operative. Spacious waiting area and proper instructions are given. Completed my Process within 20 minutes.

Excellent service. Staff is extremely efficient and helpful. However, be prepared to wait in a long queue for at least 1-2 hours. This is not due to any problem from the staff , it is just the system of PSK. Carry ample food and water. Special consideration is given to elderly citizens and todders below 2 years of age.

Tata is doing a very brilliant job by saving applicants time. It takes only 15-20mins to complete all procedure for passport form submission. Scheduling appointment from website is very easy task. Also payment and filling other details are simple on website. Customer care is very helpful. The only problem arrives when you are called by Police for verification purpose, some Police Head clerk takes bribe for verification. Rest of procedures are very easy. People who are born after 1989 needs latest birth certificate.

Had booked appointment here for my son, We finished it within 15 mins and came out of the office, Extremely fast and streamlined process has been established. Kudos to the Team. You need to take a token after entering the office and follow same throughout process

Whats the point of calling if you wont accept anything later on?? Many centers available but appointments are accepted only from this stupid place. No point going here if u stay far away.

The way passport issuing process is managed these days is just amazing. Everything here is pre-planned and implemented. You have to go one step at a time. A lot of staff members are present to assist you in case you need anything. The overall satisfaction in my case was excellent.

A and B counter Staff is very helpful and polite except the ones sitting in APO office. That madam and +1 really need to learn how to behave with customers. Most importantly people skills.He was literally throwing the papers and passport in my face and shouting. Such uneducated people shouldnt be hired at PSK.Else give employees the training on how to behave. He almost ruined my experience there.

Had gone for reissue of damaged passport of my aunt who is a senior citizen. There was a spelling mistake in surname so had applied for its change in same application in tatkal scheme.1. The lady attending us did not entertain name correction. She said new application has to be made. (If so why do you give these options in single application form)2. She was rude and did not check the application properly and was shouting. (Please learn some customer facing skills)3. After going for appointment they say taktal is not available go and stand in normal queue.All documents were submitted as proof correctly.I dont understand what these government employees have attitude for. You are here to serve the citizens.Positives were: The process is well organised and place is clean. Staff and some counters are really good and well behaved except this lady.Much improvement in the office as compared to few years back.

While entering the building itself the security guard will ask you for the message and then only allow you inside. Again while entering office another security guard will ask you for the same message. After entering the office youre supposed to show your Xerox documents, the staff present over there will take whatever documents necessary and generate you a token number. Then follow these steps1. Whatever youre token number would be according to that whatever counter youre assigned to you must go over there. Youre token number and the counter would be displayed.2. Submit the Xerox of documents which were taken at the time of token generation as they would be scanned over here. Also your photo will be clicked over here and you would be also asked to check your name and other details for any mistake. STAFF MAY ASK YOU TO BUY PROTECTIVE PASSPORT COVER BUT ITS OPTIONAL AND NOT COMPULSORY. Additionally 50rs would be charged for SMS service which are supposed to be paid here. AGAIN SMS SERVICE IS OPTIONAL AND NOT COMPULSORY.3. Then youre asked to go towards section B and Section C where all the submitted documents would be checked.XEROX MACHINE IS PRESENT INSIDE THE OFFICE WHERE TOKEN IS GENERATED SO THAT WOULD HELP IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.Staff was really good , though theres less staff in section B which causes delay.

Located on Ground floor of the Zero One building on Ghorpadi Road, the PSK is handled by TCS. While one has to show the appointment sms/printout at the reception counter, a slip is printed which bears your Token number and is attached to the documents. It goes from 3 counters A,B & C. In which the first two counters get cleared within generally half to quarter of an hour. While you have to wait for a couple of hours to get your token appointed for the C counter which is the grant of Passport. When waiting for your appointment make sure to fill up the feedback form printed on back side of your the token which will save your time later. You have to leave any lighters or Cigarette Packets at the main door by the security. Kindly carry some snacks along with you.

You can easily see the building while driving.Security and staff are were friendly.There are parking space available in the open near the building.There are 4 sections you need to pass0: At the entry show the appointment letter and documents to get the token.Section A: Maintained by TCS. They are very efficient and you could pass this section in less than 15 min.They will verify the documents, take photo and fingerprint. You get a chance to rectify any error you made in the application here.You can buy passport cover from here.Section B: There are only 12 counters and very few seat in the waiting area. Many aged people and ladies with child had to wait while standing. Waiting time at this section could be 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the rush. I had to wait for 1.5 hours for my turn. At this counter government official just verify the documents. This work is already done by TCS employees in Section A.Section C: Waiting area for section B and C are same. There are only 9 counters in section C. Waiting time at this section could be 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the rush. I had to wait for 1 hours for my turn.At this counter government official approves your passport application.Overall experience was good! I received my passport in less than 10 days.

Shop outside charged Rs.2 per xerox but in PSK they have xerox facility for just Rs.1. So do not worry just go there as early as possible ( long before your appointment time). The TCS preparation service is very good. But Government part takes 4- 6 hours and not much seating arrangement. Water and toilets are available. Cafe coffee day is also available inside.

We have to stand in 4 different long queue, 1 - verify doc and give your token number, 2- verify doc take biometrics, 3-again verify doc, 4 -again verify doc . Too much queue doing same thing its like they wanted to increase government jobs, good part is,its well managed via token screens.

The procedure has been made simple to follow.Firstly register online fill in all details.Then take a print of the required form and fix an appointment.An appointment reminder is sent via SMS andd email.Its a hassle free process. Well organized.

Place is well organisedI went on friday and there is much crowd but token number help you to which counter you have to go everything is systematic the officials are very helpful they would guide you at every counter. You dont need to stand on a line for a counter waiting area is given where you can seat. As token number is given no one can take your place at any counter but be cautious watch your token at tv screen and go to that counter which it would show .IMPORTANT-1-Be on time.2-keep your eye on tv screen for your token number3-pls go with all of your documents and xeros copy of it.For transport you can take direct bus to PSK from Manapa and Pune station. Mixed experience in tatkaal passport.Kudos to TCS team as they have completely changed the perception of government office. Very systematic process.Book appointment online.Show Appointment booking sms at gate to get entry inside.Show appointment sms again to get tokenGo to A section and wait for your turn.Go to B section and wait for your turn.Document verification done here.Go to C section and wait for your turn.Thats it.The bad experience is due to the website doesnt show the up to date info.1. Your Aadhar card has to be digitally signed. Means your aadhar card should not have a question mark.It must have a green colored tick mark. This is must otherwise your application will be rejected.2. Dont carry your smart aadhar card. But carry full size aadhar card as received from govt or take color print out of eaadhar. The should suffice. In case you dont have digitally signed aadhar, there are shops outside that can help in this case with just 100rs.3. For tatkaal, APO might ask for different proofs for address and Dob. So carry multiple proofs. I was carrying bare minimum docs (3) required for tatkaal as mentioned in passport website. My application was rejected due to this.Otherwise a fantastic and speedy place as compared to govt offices.Bonus :There is Xerox machine inside. 1rs per copy.Intranet desk available in case you want to modify your application at last moment or reschedule appointmentSnacks counterWaterWashroom

Keep watch on token on TV which are all over in that office.Take Whole day off because you would be exhausted..They may insist you lather covers and sms facilities. You can say no or yes..Cover charge :350/450 ruppee.Parking available.I think they should have completed person in one shot for all three counters.Thanks

Super easy process. I think Im the first uneducated person who did entire process on his own. Applied online, took an appointment, attended appointment, did police verification and received my passport. Hurray!

Pathetic staff.. specially APO officer. She blams people for her own mistake. I submitted my application under tatkal category for gujarat address. She approved my profile , none of staff is telling that such applications cannot be applied in Tatkal and should go through general way. Finally i went through whole process , paid extra money for tatkal and came to counter C . One govt person their told me to talk again to APO officer as this cant be done under tatkal. When i went to her she first blamed herself that how she made such mistakes and then started bombarding me for her own mistake like why i came to pune to submit application of gujarat address. She litereally told like GUJARAT JAONA To.. so rude people.. this kind of people creating wrong impressions of pune into the eyes of oursiders. Message to such officers is.. we also working under organisation , wasting our previous time to get work done , facing clients on regular basis but we never blame others for our own mistake. Have manners on how to speak and treat customers. There is no negarive rating else i would have given that.

I was given appointment time of 8.30 am I was there on my scheduled time, I cleared Section A in just 5 mins and was happy that I will reach my office by 10, but then when I went for Section B there was no officer present there, the first officer came after 20 mins and that too was taking senior citizens which was ok for me as I had normal appointment but later on for approx one hour there were just 2 officers in the section B and same in section CThe rush started increasing... There was no place to sit and nearly 100 odd people were standing in queue which ended till section A half part....My request is that when we had scheduled appointment was it not the duty of Section B and Section C officers to come on time...Because of their delay in one hour in morning they wasted precious time approx 90 mins of nearly 200 people (100 standing and 100seating).It it worth.....

Pretty fast for tatkal appointment...Process is bit confusing first at token generation counter he verifies doc and said go inside at APO counter.Single officer for all applications.which took almost 1 hour in queue.And after that again go outside to get token number.Which flashed immediately on screenall A-B-C Counters cleared in 15 mins.Pretty conjusted..no space to move..TCS employees very helpful. Government employees dont want to talk much behaves like USA embassy immigration officers(they atleast verify document carefully)Received passport next day. Go for tatkal its worth.

Very pathetic experience. Appointment time was not maintained. Had to sit on the floor as the waiting area was full. No coordination maintained by B counter guys. Still waiting for my turn to come. Have been here from thr past 2 hours and God knows when my serial number will be displayed .Most frustrating thing that you cant come out of the Seva Kendra because it is not allowed .Plus the canteen inside the Seva Kendra has limited choices.

It took me exactly 15 minutes to complete all counters. My token number was displayed before I reached the counter. The only document original/copy needed was Adhaar Card. The advantage of advanced age........ Did not use waiting chair anywhere since it was not needed, though I use walking stick & hardly can stand for a couple of minutes and finally passport delivered within 10 days.

Place was very clean and no noisey and staff was polite .today I had clear A and B counter and the 30 min but counter C waiting time is around 2 hr ..so please carry water and eatables things with you and carry all the original and Xerox copies ready with u.50rs charges for the SMS services and 300rs for the Normal passport cover which is not compulsory.its optionals

It is a Government organization, so working speed is bit slow. Core working hours is 10am - 4pm. There is also a free parking of PSK which people are less aware of.You can show sms for appointment, no need to take print out.To collect PCC, you can vist psk from 10am to 4pm. on PSK pune website it is mentioned that it can be collected between 9am to 10.30am, WHICH IS WRONG. even if you call toll free number they will also tell the same timings.

On reading negative reviews, I was psychologically prepared to face delays for the whole process. To my surprise, the entire cycle took ~ 1 hour and 15 mins, for two passports (Tatkal). I think if the documents are in place, it is a smooth ride. Surprisingly, even the govt officials were very cooperative and unexpectedly quick. Police verification was done the next day and the officer was very professional and polite (did not throw any tantrums or give any hints for bribe etc). My earlier passport was made in Delhi/NCR and was smooth too but not as smooth as this one.Mera desh badal raha hai, age badh raha hai!Tips:1. Passport cover is optional and you need not buy it. This is offered at the counter where photo and finger print scanning is done. Many immigration officials ask for passport without the cover when you travel so it may be unnecessary anyway.2. Ample paid parking is available on either side of the road.3. Reach only a few mins before appointment time, you will anyway not be allowed to enter earlier.4. You can carry snacks or food inside but there is also a coffee day snack bar in the waiting area just in case you dont want to carry extra stuff.5. Go for Tatkal instead of normal process, it is worth every penny. There is a huge crowd for normal category - so unless you have a lot of time and patience, its not worth it.Overall a wonderful experience. Kudos to MEA, TCS and gov officials at PSK Pune!
