The ambience, food is a 4 but I would rather select a no star for the management of this place. On the 21st of April we had planned to have a reunion party of 40 people from 11:30-4:30.We reached the venue by 12-12:30 and the lady in charge comes and tells us that we wont be having a DJ for the party. (We had already spoken about the DJ in the package)After we called a lot of people who could come and play for us as the system was already there, she says weve arranged for a DJ for yall. This happens at 1-1:30. (Thank god the DJ was good enough)Next comes the buffet, good we checked it,for the main course we decided to keep pasta and an Indian cuisine for both veg and non veg. Now instead of the veg pasta they got us a thai green curry to be eaten with what I dont know. Luckily we had a message of our deal in which it was clearly mentioned Thai green curry pasta. They then got it tossed in pasta and served it.The staff was so uninformed about the whole party. They didnt know what package was given to us. We had decided the food after tasting the dishes we had opted For and the lady was right there when we finalized the whole deal. The only excuse that they could give us was that the person who we were coordinating with was removed because he was causing a lot of miscommunication between the client and staff. So if you knew he was doing that wasnt it your duty to ask us?????It was a party of 40 people.so naturally we had booked the indoors but to our surprise there was a couple sitting at one of the tables taking hookah! What was that?Would not really recommend this place to anyone. The food is nice though. If anyone of yall are planning to host a party here PLEASE TALK TO THE STAFF LOUD AND PROPER to avoid whatever happened in ours. Cheers!
