Nothing great. Massively overpriced.

This chai point outlet has fast order fast service. Rates are reasonable. My personal favorites are Ginger tea and Banana cake. They serve fresh food and beverages. Staff is polite. They accept paytm,card and cash payments.

Chai Point is a bit expensive option for having tea and other snacks. Their cost 2x as compared to other outlets. Also the quality is also the same as of their competitors.They do have a good banana cake.Hence giving them 3 stars.

Ordered from chai point and they simply cancelled the order and were arrogant in talking as if they are giving it for free.Unprofessional behavior from them

There was no way to reach this place no directions or sign boards to get to the destination..
