They dont have manners to speak with customer, also they are not stuck on their words, they dont know how to serve the customers.. worst service ever

Lovely collection. The only good store in KP in that line. They have huge collection and they keep updating quite frequently. The staff and owner herself assists a lot in shopping.

Very poor customer service. The Staff is very rude. One corner they right NO Exchange poicy which v cannot notice. Firstly even big brands allow exchange of clothes. And if not It is their responsibility at the tim of billing to inform customer. It is like signing a insurance with hidden clauses.. The entire team is rude. Success of business is derived by happy customers.

I have been to this store multiple times and could not agree more that the staff is extremely rude and disinterested. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time when they can get a better shopping experience and same clothing elsewhere.

This is the worst shop i have come across in my life.. all this greedy family wants is to snatch money from customers by any mean. All fake staff and fake talks.. selling items too expensive that too with worst quality.. most of the clothes are leaving stains everywhere.. ruined my very expensive and beautiful bag and and other lovely clothes..mistakenly shopped a lot from this kachra shop and all seem total waste.. better to buy brands than such cheap quality but expensive stuff.. the biggest disappointment i ever had with any purchase is surely this fake shop..:(
