Petals camp is having nice collection and good variety price is little high but compared to other options in pune its fine...But extremely disappointed by staff behavior I had to travel back and forth three times for a single dress as there were faults in packaging in proper sticking of dress accessories.The staff always seems like gossiping about you there is always a mean smile on face of staff...I dont understand why they make customers uncomfortable by such behavior..I had to buy many more dresses but staff was not behaving appropriately...Service wise I will rate very bad...even if they have good collections. Requesting owner to review this ifthey want customers to come back and good word of mouth.

Trendy store.I bought two dresses from this place. Both dresses stink like formalin solution. Even the store has strong smell of formalin solution.

Worst experience while purchase firstly they will sell damaged cloths in 50% discounts without telling you and once you find they will respond dress made by the factory is closed and they will also advise you to use that expensive discounted material in daily use and destroy. That’s how they deal with all of their customers ...lastly never ever will enter that shop by mistake also.

If you want the exact style to be stitched for you where you have seen so this is the place. Formal as well as functional..they have bride collection too. The shop is of two floors..it consists of sitting arrangement. A small stage with lights where you can check the material or the dress. I went there for buying lehanga for my brothers wedding my budget was 20k but I was ready to pay more but that arrogant staff refused to show me anything just bcz I was talking in marathi which is Maharashtras official language. I can see this on their faces that they were thinking my budget is low just bcz I am marathi. I asked him to show one lehanga & he said its for 80k which you can easily get for 20,30k I saw same lehanga for 18k in another shop. I am warning to the owner next time I am coming in navvari with full maharastrian look with MNS leaders and will talk in full marathi and if staff refuses to show us anything then you know very well what will happen next. I am requsting all maharastrian plz always talk in marathi and record this arrogant faces and post on Twitter tagging raj takare show this ppl their place. 😠😠😠

Extremely rude staff. Hardly any collection. We left the place as there was hardly any choice for us and the ones we liked were out of budget. The manager or whoever it was got mad at us for just coming and not buying anything. I was searching for a reception gown and needed the best in my budget.I will never go to this place ever nor will I recommend it. Guys there are many better shops around camp with a polite staff and good collection. Dont make this mistake.

Its a big shop with proper separation of cloths. They have variety of cloths as well they have good sell executive who understands our requirements and process accordingly. You will get everything from small budget to big wedding gowns. This store can spoil your verities.
