Clueless staff. Be ready to visit this place multiple times before your work gets done. Visited them thrice in a month to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid and each time they told me a different procedure.Hack: tell them youre discontinuing their service and see how they do things quickly for you. Theyll even give you better plans to keep you as their customer.

Bad service I am coming here since 3 month with the complaint of eases bill and they promise me next month bill will be less but nothing changing. AC is not working. With lot of crowd suffocating. Always systems are down. Staff is dumb and less knowledgeable. Frustrations everywhere around me.

Very busy place located on the main road of kothrud. Usually you have to wait for minimum 15 mintues in the queue to get your turn. Staff is very friendly and well behaved with customers redressals.

Most hopeless service ever. I had been to this store on Friday to get a new Vodafone prepaid sim card with the new launched benefits of 28GB per month and free calling. The lady on the first counter from the right took all my documents and said it it will be activated by evening 7.00pm which obviously did not get activated till next day evening. After that a 48 rs recharge was done by mistake by them instead of 345 rs(which I paid on Friday). Money was getting deducted with every phone call and data usage till all data was exhausted, I sent my assistant to find out what was wrong because I was out of town and this lady was arguing with him like crazy, was not ready to accept her mistake and on top of that was lying through her teeth! please dont visit this center. it has hopless people

They dont have zero stars otherwise I would have given that.... People are horrible there... They even didnt give recipt for my payment... Staff is rude . They even dont know there job.. and I think people who have given 5 stars are employee there.... Every customer I mate there was so much frustrated with there service....

They kept us waiting for half an hr for aadhaar linking and when our turn was about to come they told that aadhaar linking is not working, they should have mentioned earlier if it was not working ... they are wasting time for the people who are standing there..
