If you ever plan to do a wedding here. PLEASE DONT. ITS a total mess. The staff is not cordial, the music system is pathetic and doesnt work. You have to work with their decorators who are unreasonable and very expensive unnecessary. Few parts of my wedding was a fiasco. The music, projector was a major issue. Staff was rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.

Have been trying to reach out to the hotel for over a month now to get a copy of my hotel bill. Really poor service and no communication.

Deccan rendezvous is an entire experience in itself. If you want to experience grandeur and great hospitality then deccan rendezvous is the place to be. Enjoyed a lovely dinner here at Bhatti the Rooftop restaurant and it an amazing experience. The food was great & The ambience and the vibe of the place is beautiful. Value for money. 10/10 for this property.

I came here for a web series shoot. I swear the place is really good. Amenities are just tough to explain. Being a photographer this place is full of symmetry and examples of awesome architecture.

According to the costing hotel is ok ok, we were expecting a buffet for breakfast but they didnt offer that, ambience is good but according to the service and hotel structure its high. They have a roof top restaurant its good one.

Well organised well maintained,good and courteous staff, clean toilets, quality and tasty food. Little on a costlier side. Has small hall for wedding, anniversary, birthday party.

Very covid aware hotel. Temperature check before you are allowed in. Your luggage is sprayed with antibacterial spray. You can use hand gel on every floor. Food is served in your room to reduce exposure to the virus. I feel very safe here.

Had been to this place for dinner with a group of friends. The location for the place is convenient and the ambience is also good. They have wallet parking which helps as the place is on a busy street. The major turn off was the service and the average food quality. Though there were not many customers, normal order took a lot of time and the same dish ordered 2nd time had a different taste which is kind of surprising. The friends get together was a priority and hence the food become secondary otherwise it would have been more upsetting. Whether to go again is a major question mark.

Nestled away from the noise and rustling life of Shivaji Nagar roads, Soul Purpose is a bliss in disguise. Had been there with some of my friends a few days back.It is situated in the rooftop with a lit ambience. It brings you a Dhaba themed ambience with a modern touch. They have cots placed along with pillows on it to chill and enjoy your dining.It opens around in the evening and trust me the ambience can drool you at any point. They have a dim lighting atmosphere and some greeneries all around which give you a romantic vibe too.Must say a perfect place to bring your beloved ones for a romantic date.Now the most important part that is food. Lets have a look on them too.🔸Soups : Started our chilled evening with 2 soups, one is Mugh Badami Shorba and Tamatar Mirch ka Shorba. Both of them have a very good flavour and a unique taste. The former one had chunks of chicken served in the soup with a Almond puree. Its taste was awesome.The latter one had a taste of tomato, chilli and a hint of coriander. Every ingredients flavour in it was balanced which enhanced the taste of the soup.#highlyrecommended🔸Dhooandar Murg Tikka - Three pieces of chicken marinated with Indian spices ,grilled well and served with a Mint chutney. It was good in taste.🔸Neembu Mirch ki Machali - My fav dish of all the starters. It had Fish Tikka marinated with lemon and red chilli paste and chargrilled too well. The fish was fresh and the flavour came out really well along with the taste.🔸Achar ka Paneer Tikka - As the name suggests, it was Cottage Cheese marinated with all the Indian spices, yogurt, mustard and chargrilled. The Paneer was soft and it was also nice in taste.After a heavy starter spread, we headed towards the Main course. Everything in the main course had a delectable taste. Our main course comprised Kalimirch ka Murg, Murg Lababdar, Vegetable Kadhai, Dhabewali Dal, Dum Chicken Biriyani with Jeera Rice and Chilli Cheese Kulcha.Chilli Cheese Kulcha was something I tried for the first time and it was great. The stuffing inside was so good that you cant resist with just one Kulcha. The Dhabewali dal was also amazing in taste so also the other curries. Murg Lababdar is something that can be relished anytime with family and friends.Desserts are always an attraction in every restaurant. And this restaurant has also some great options to satisfy your dessert craving. We had Moong Dal Halwa, Lassi and Matka Kulfi. It was an ideal choice to have these and I was completely satisfied with the taste.In a nutshell this place has eveything to attract you, great decor, rooftop ambience and amazing food. Would surely recommend people to visit this place

Excellent marriage venue and very cooperative staff.

Stayed for a night during Covid times with limited facilities and staff, so cant judge fully. But here are some observations:+ves:1. Rooms were clean and sanitised. Sanitiser stands everywhere in common area.2. Room service was OK for the limited staff they had. But again, I guess we were the only guests.-ves:1. TV was not working. Guess the Hathway subscription was over. Caomplained about it once. Didnt get fixed.2. Despite being in Pune, the receptionist could be more polite.3. Limited parking. (Not a problem we faced since it was all empty.)

A little in lane but good place for events.

Food is average. Ambience is good. Waiters dont know anything about food. We need to call the shef to ask about food. Air Conditioner is not working. We need to tolerate the noisy fan. No variety of food items. No snacks to serve with liquor. Hotel feels like a barren land. With all this things , food prices are a big joke.

Good place to conduct your business meetings, as its not very noisy and has a cool ambience too. Some delicious food is served as well, with a decent variety on the menu. Liked it!

Joined a colleague who stayed there for the lunch buffet. Was not very impressed about the choice and quality. There was very little crowd anyways. Maybe dinner is better. Cannot say anything about rooms...

Very peaceful, soberly decorated with nice and spacious sitting arrangements. Very Good food quality and courteous and fairly quick staff members. Overall Good experience and will definitely recommend it to my friends.Theres not much space for parking in the basement and the place of parking stinks of drainage. Real bad !! One has to park vehicles on the road.

New terrace lounge is a lovely place. Choice and volume of music needs to be given a deliberate thought. Cuisine as usual is really good. However staff tends to take the patrons for granted regarding time they plan to spend. Took too long to get main course and later the cheque too. Confusion!

Very nice, clean, supportive staff and prompt on call. Good food and good hygiene. Swimming pool is also very clean. couple of machine are also available in gym for little workout. Good place for single as well as for family stay too.

Just an average conference hall, with below average seating place for buffet. They literally make you stand while eating with no table in sight. So you have to hold your plate, and stand, and eat.

Hotel ambious and decoration good, but location is so far from main road. Although we nevigate by Google map but it is difficult to find exact location. You can ask to people by name Surya Hotel rather than hotel Ranndev.

Had been to this place few days back and I got impressed with its ambience. This is a dhaba themed rooftop restaurant. The ambience is decent. The dim light will give you a soothing atmosphere. They have an ample seating capacity. The service is very fast and the staff are courteous.Started with soups:◾Murgh Badami Shorba: It was white thick soup which had shredded chicken pieces .The taste of almond enhanced its flavour. A perfect soup to start with.◾Tamatar Bhavnagri Mirch Ka Shorba: It was a light tomato soup with fresh chillies and coriander. It was delicious.In Starter:◾Dhooadaar Murgh Tikka: It was very attractive to watch. Chicken pieces were marinated in yogurt, ginger, garlic, Indian spices and were chargrilled. These were good in taste.◾Neembu Mirch Ki Machali: Cube sized boneless fish pieces were marinated in lemon and red chilli paste. These were properly cooked. The fish pieces were very soft and juicy.◾Achaar ka Paneer Tikka: Paneer pieces were soft. These were properly cooked and had perfect amount of achaari taste.Main Course comprised Kali Mirch ka Murgh, Murgh Lababdar, Vegetable Kadhai, Dhabewali Dal, Chilli Cheese Kulcha, Dum Chicken Biryani.I liked the Murgh Lababdar as the gravy comprised onions, tomatoes and cream. Dhabewali Dal gave me the taste which I had in a proper dhaba. For the first time , I tried something new which was Cheese Chilli Kulcha. Ample amount of cheese were stuffed in the Kulcha. It tasted really well.Ended the meal with Kesari Ras Malai, Matka Kulfi and Moving Dal Halwa. Kesari Ras Malai was fabulous as it had perfect amount of sweetness. New roof top restaurant is nice and cosy. Kitchen on ground floor was serving even on the roof top so service was slow. Only 1 biting was available with the booze (got fed up). Staff is decent.

Good customer service and no problem regarding accomodation. The issue i faced was that i had told the reception before hand that my driver would require accomodation and that they should make arrangements in their other lodge where all the drivers stay. However the staff forgot to do that and my driver had no place to stay. Plus it was raining so much that it was impossible for him to go and check out other places. You would expect a 4 star to habe accomodation for drivers right? Very dissapointed.

Not a happy experience last evening. Air con was not working in the restaurant, which was replaced by a noisy cooler.Any place with more waiters than customers gets me worried.This was a good place earlier, which unfortunately seems to be going downhill.

Earlier it was good but overtime a picture of neglect is seen. Cleanliness has also lessened.

Good for a quick short trip to Pune. Easy access to all corners of Pune from this hotel. Pavilion mall is near by and so is FC road.

Dont get fooled by pics on their website. It is totally shabby and dirty. Bedsheets and towels with nothing but stains.. even few red stains right near the top of duvet.. probably blood stains. Lots of hair on the bed and in room as well. There was strong unpleasant smell in the room. Everything had a lots of dust as well. Bathroom was stinking, so had to get it cleaned again. Basin in the bathroom was cracked. Carpet in passage is very dirty. Seems it hasnt been cleaned in ages. Plumbing in my room was faulty. Tap kept leaking. Informed reception to get it fixed. They sent a few guys to have a look. And thats exactly what they did.. looked at it. Said yes it is leaking. Thats it. It was left as it is for my entire stay. TPs were not provided. The ones given afterwards were like sandpaper. Electric kettle stank like puke. Two stars for location and flexible check-in and check-out. Not value for money though.

Hygiene is worst in this hotel, found lots of flies on food during breakfast, after asking them they dont even bothered to remove the food and just put a fan over there.Bathroom condition is pathetic, flush was leaking very badly.Not at all a good hotel to stay.
