I have ordered and I didnt receive order. This is worst shop for flower bookey purchase. Not recommended to buy from here they are fraudulent.

Horrible service. Absolute worst. Flowers were due to be delivered in the morning but were delivered in the evening. Called multiple times but didnt get a satisfactory answer. I had ordered for a vase with the flowers, but there was no vase!! So they essentially robbed me of my money. Dont even want to give a one star... They deserve zero stars.PLEASE DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ARENA FLOWERS.

Worst service. No one is responding on CC no and status of delivery is reflecting put for delivery from last 30 hrs.

Very unprofessional. Didn’t deliver in the commited time even after charging separately for delivery. When you call nobody responses and the phone gets disconnected. Will never order from here henceforth

I wont even give a single star to them.they just take the money and wont deliver anything. On top of it they wont communicate to you and give lame excuses that your phone was not reachable .DONT GO FOR THEM.

Had the most horrifying experience with Arena Flowers Pune. had ordered flower basket of 20+ flowers to be delivered on fix time and received only 12 Rotten and bad condition flowers.The special surprise and intention was ruined because of lousy service.Support was responsive, but story was covered by saying wrong basket was delivered, then the new basket came in at night since they didnt wanted to refund money.I believe its a trick where, they assume the sender is ordering from other place and the receiver will not know what has been ordered.Please dont risk your surprise for a special day here.
