The society is new and pretty good...Has good amenities like gym... Swimming pool... A good walking/jogging area.... Children play area...The flats are good also... Ample space in balconies...everything is great except the rooms are a little small... This society has two entries one of which opens to the highway and other to balewadi...

Superb location, Society has 2 entrance gates..one towards Mumbai-Bangalore highway and the other towards Balewadi gaon.

Situated at Mumbai-banglore highway opposite to holiday Inn hotel.Named 7 Avenues because of 7 Wings of 11 floors.The Society has sufficient parking space, security personnels, gym, swimming pool, small park on first floor, gas pipeline connection.2 & 3 bhk flats are available in the society.Rightnow only 2 wings i.e, C & E build completely and people are living while the others still under construction.The average cost is around 80 lacs- 1.10 Cr.2 balconies and 1 dry balcony in 3bhk & 1 big balcony along with 1 dry balcony in 2bhk.Living in 3 bhk since last one ans half year.

Awesome place for recidence

The society is absolute pleasure. It has all the amenities, from swimming pool to a nicely decorated garden. The apartments are built in a pleasant way too, with the windows facing the east, and multiple balconies.The only thing I did not like was the location. The area around is under construction, and there are long dug roads, and the view also has buildings under construction.

The project is nearing completion. A couple of residential towers are completed and others coming up fast. The place being just off the highway is easy to locate. The 2-BHK apartments are roomy with a big balcony. Other amenities include- huge covered parking lot, gym and fitness center, swimming pool, kids play area.

This society dont have proper road connectivity yet, also the building have many mobile towers hosted on the terrace which can be health hazard for kids and elder once.
