Hi all, I took smoothening services from this Salon and my experience was dreadful. The guy there is not at all trained in any treatment. Next day my hair was back to what it was before. There was 0 effect, on top of that they have not refunded my whole money. My money time and hair all has gone for a toss. I wish i can rate negetive for this salon. I WOULD NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Unskilled and untrained people.

I got french manicure-pedicure, O3+ Facial. The salon is clean and staff is polite. But while doing manicure, the person who was doing it, didnt check my excessive nail length which was to be cut and twice took my skin into the blades.Also the nail cutting was bit weird and could have been done well. I had re-cut my nails.

It was a lovely experience with Aniket. He was very patient and handled my hair with utmost care. He also gave me many haircare tips. Loved the end result. Will definitely recommend to try and would visit again

They Q7 salon has great staff and good services. I have had a haircut and hair spa by Mr. Ranjit which was good! Yesterday I had a Pedicure and Manicure done by Mr. Anoop. I really liked the Pedicure and its the best I have had so far!!!!! He really took time and effort to remove all my dead skin and the Pedicure result was phenomenal!!!! Pathetic parlour. I wish it could have been possible to rate them in minus I could have done it. No professionalism to receive call from client. I was calling since morning to book an appointment and they just cut the phone. After receiving they say no appointment cannot give timings as per customer flexibility. Instead of giving solution they just hangup the phone. No response not receiving phones. This kind of people make others life hell. Services are also not good. In this situation we take services to relax our self and this people increases our blood pressure.

Great therapists, I really had a great time. Only thing is reception did not follow up on my booking request. Thats, take one star away.

Booked a Pre Bridal package at this salon. The service was amazing.All my services were very well organized by owner and the manager. They took into consideration my wedding schedule and give extra attention to my skin sensitivity issues.All the artists in salon are very knowledgeable and professional.Meera is a great hardworker, she did my wax, derma facial and body polishing; the results were awesome.Prashant is a very good pedicurist and manicurist. Would recommend him to anyone looking for such service.I also took Global haircolor from them, amazing service by Manohar.Would highly recommend this salon in Baner.

Extreme Unhygienic place.I went at Q7 salon to book appointment but things were bad there. I saw one of the staff members was sneezing continuously. He didnt even wear mask properly and giving service to the customer. Also didnt wear gloves. This is a breach of Covid protocol.

Its a COUPON SCAM... BIG FRAUD... They sold coupons initially with good offers.. When I try to book Appointment they always denied to take appointment for coupons by stating that appointment is full.. On the same day when my cousin went to take appointment without coupon then they booked the appointment..Its a BIG FRAUD....

Staff is Un Professional. I had very Bad experience....Unhygienic place ... There is Garbage dumping station in front of this salon ....Service is below average ..... Instead of this, simply book a service from Urban clap at home. They will do much better.

Beware Ladies!!Very cheap staff. Wont recommend to anyone.I went here for haircut... Hair stylist behaviour was very bad.. Hair stylist was chewing something and very bad smell like Guthkha or pan masala came out of his mouth.. After every 5-10min he was spitting.This kind of behavior is not acceptable in front of any woman is sitting in front..

Sold coupons but while you call them for appointment , they never pick up. . Sometimes they pick and give appointment but when you go u find another 2-3 clients waiting same time. Staff is abusive and highly unprofessional. Very Bad experience.

The service is ok.They do not have hot water. They will use only cold water for washing hairs stating that they have solar geyser. This is disappointing from a professional salon.

Hair cutting n hair spa is great here. The people here are also friendly but if someone is going with you who is gonna wait..there is no space for more than 2 person to wait. When I went I had to wait on hair cutting chair.

Haircut done by employee was good I did the haircut but when I asked for other service they said not free now come again nobody has time to visit again n again for small things in this pandemic. So be little professional I should suggest them, and dnt lie to your customer coz I saw other girls free their not attending any customer however telling lie to the customer. So I suggested this salon to many of my frnds dat day but after this behaviour again I called all my frnds and told them not to go.
