The customer service in this store is fantastic! I have become a regular patron and often avail of their home delivery service. They are so prompt in replying and delivering products to your doorstep that even on days when I accidentally forget to order a refill of pet food I can do so last minute and rest assured that the food will be here on time for my kitties meal. Moreover the staff is very warm and helpful. Ive purchased everything from food, litter sand, toys, cat trees and litter boxes from these folks and have had no complaints in terms of quality of customer service and products. Keep up the great work team!!!

I have been somewhat of a regular of Just Dogs in Salunkhe Vihar and Kalyan Nagar.I stopped going to the Kalyani Nagar because the employee offered me a choke collar when he got to know that Im a dog trainer. Keeping a choke collar is wrong enough but to promote it so openly is highly unethical.I visited Salunkhe Vihar branch as I was already running out of options. I bought several things and among them was a box of treats. Turns out, the treats were stale and rotten. I had bought these for my clients. The dog parent gave one treat and stopped after smelling the box.Who wouldve taken the responsibility of the dog if the contents of the treat wouldve negatively affected our dog?I called the shop and they were ready to replace it (least they couldve done). Turns out, they didnt have the same box.The guy tried to sell me a different box, but the ingredients werent the same. I asked for a refund but they blamed me as it was my responsibility somehow. Frustrated, I ended up paying more for a different box.Looking back, I shouldve asked for a refund but I was in a time commitment so left in haste.Shops like Just Dogs are highly unethical and only care about your money. If this were to happen in a country that cared about dogs, the dog shop would not just apologise and refund the money, but would have owed reparations to the customer.I have warned my clients.Beware of Just Dogs.EDIT: I was in the shop long before my purchase and one of your employees specifically told me that refund was out of the question. So, I didnt know your policies.Regarding the praise of your store, while I still hold my word for it that Just Dogs do have certain items that other stores dont, I used to recommend your store to everyone. However, there wasnt any accountability from your employees regarding the defective product, I was disappointed.

Have been a loyal customer to jd since my rott was a pup. But tbh Ive felt the bangalore jd was much more better.Points to keep in mind: always ask if there is lesser price item available for what you want to buy- they will tell you only about the pricey one( And I have diapers of size L-XL, tried on one but was very small and they are not ready to take it back, if you need that please let me know. They cost 1000 or something 😑)Personally speaking, Ive not liked her attitude so much. They guys there are great, I think!----Thanks but no thanks.You speak about hygiene, it wasnt that I dumped the diapers in gutter.Youre a good business person but not by heart. P.s you could have given the Trixie pads to try first as they were inexpensive.You talk about a month? If it wasnt work from home, I would have given it to you the same day. Please stop with the name calling as I do have a lot to say then.

Very bad experience and very disappointed with their service . I took my two dogs(small breed) for a grooming session, my dogs were with them for more than 3.5 hr. Dog’s hair were not trimmed properly as if non-professional and unskilled person did that for both dogs, asked them to shorten their hair (trimming) they said I have to pay for it ( actually it was included in their package). I doubt about quality of other services mentioned in package.I find it’s a waste of my money and my time to visit there .very very very disappointed.

We began purchasing products from Just Dogs Salunke Vihar in December, and we have enjoyed the Customer Centric Service since then. The Pandemic has made it difficult to manage many things in our lives, but they have always been so helpful, delivering whatever we need and making life so convenient.Especially Yash, their delivery Agent, he is always so polite, professional and all together kind, when he delivers to us. Thank you Yash, it is so nice to see a young Man like you, having proper manners and taking pride in your work. And thank you Just Dogs for still providing needed products for our sweet babies, during a time of struggle and suffering.

If you love your pet you’ll never take him/her to Just Dogs NIBM, they don’t care for the pet all they want is to earn money. I had taken my pet there for grooming, 1st they had left him all alone upstairs, I noticed that when I went to pick my dog without calling them first. 2nd His ears weren’t cleaned properly, my vet showed me that when I took him for vaccination the next day. Even the owners don’t take criticism well. Please don’t fall for these positive reviews, they are probably from the owner’s friends and/or relatives. The huge disadvantage here is they don’t let you see your pet while being groomed , they’ll give you all kinds of reasons for why they do that. The place where i go now they are perfect, I get to be with my puppy while he’s getting a bath, getting his hair trimmed.. it is fun to watch your pet being treated with care.Also the food they sell is sub standard, please see the picture of the dog food I bought from Just dogs, it is dry, in pieces and looks odd.. my puppy didn’t even go close to it after smelling it once.All in all please steer clear of Just Dogs they are just not worth it, the smaller less knows places do a much better job.Editing my review to respond to the owner’s response.😂 misleading? I posted everything exactly how it went down.. but thanks for proving my point about how you don’t take criticism well. If your staff are all trained, why don’t you allow your customers to see how their pets get groomed? We know it can be done. Tips and guidance from Just Dogs?? Not in a million years.. thanks for the offer though. Also FYI, i brought the food to your shop the very next day I opened it.

Extremely efficient service. We ordered our pets food today in the morning around 11 AM and the same was home delivered by 2 PM. The staff is polite and provide good suggestions for pet food and supplements options based on the customers requirements.

Place is well stocked, the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful in their suggestions and knowledgeable about products. Most endearing part was them being very kind to the stray that roamed into their store, they fed it treats and also had one staff member play with it, obviously known to the staff, but a dog store run by folks who are Hoomane makes it more worth the while, wishing the store the best !

Horrible experience. I had taken my puppy for grooming, apparently we are not allowed to wait and watch. When I went to pick him up without calling them, I saw that everyone were down and having a tea party and they had left my puppy up all alone.When I took him back home in a day or two I noticed his ears were not at all cleaned and he was scratching himself within 2 days of grooming (pics attached for reference)I also purchased food from them which was also below standards, the food was all dried up, moisture less, and broken looks like they did not store it in the right place, and when I went to complain about it their behavior was not good plus they blamed the company for the food.Stay away from Just dogs, they have big showrooms but service not up to the mark.

The 1 star is for the Staff...Very disrespectful and ill-mannered staff. Guy named Sunil at the counter which I hope is the correct name and also he refused to provide with his last name. Anyway the point is we purchased dog biscuits for Rs 395 and I wanted to pay with my credit card. He refused to the take payment stating we have instructions not to take card payment below Rs1000 as we get charges by the bank. As per my understanding when u open a store legally u cant refuse to accept the basic mode of payments and this dsnt end here. When we told him that its a wrong practice instead of reciprocating politely he responded WATEVER ,YAHAN AISA HI HOTA HAI. I mean the store is Good but with such arrogant staff and unethical practises I dont think anyone would like to visit again.

A great store with a good line of products however very poor customer service and ill treatment. Staff at this store was extremely rude and arrogant named Yash. I purchased dog food for over 10k only due to Mrs Fernandes/Owner as she co-operated and sorted the mess created by the staff.

They have a wide range of things, however, they are slightly on the higher price range. Online purchase or smaller shops have more offers/discount and even lower prices. Great place if you want to buy things to pamper your pet, but regular items like treats etc for the week can then really run up a bill.

Always have an amazing experience whenever I visit. The owner & staffs are so courteous. My beagle loves going there & feels like at home. Most importantly, they only deal in quality products from reputed brands. 10/10. Highly recommended.

Just dogs is the best shop in the NIBM area. They have a huge collection of dog accessories and their grooming service is excellent. I strongly recommend.

I’m so happy to have been introduced to this place in Salunke Vihar Road. Their products are really amazing and available in abundance. I recently took my Shih-tzu here for a bath and grooming and these guys handled her with love and care right from bathing to grooming. You guys already have me as your regular customer now. A must visit for every dog owner.

Its a very nice place but if you are going alone and want to do video call to show items to your fam or friends they wont allow it and saying we dont want to sell if you are doing video call or taking pictures. Senseless terms and conditions.

Not a good experience. I took my pupper for a grooming session, asked them to shorten her hair, they just bathed her (like I could do it myself) dont think her nails were trimmed as well. Such a rip off. I asked them to do a hair cut, they asking me to pay for it. I dont know what the hell did I pay them for in the first place. Really disappointed.
