In pune they are located at magarpatta SEZ tower 9, 4th floor. Infrastructure is amazing , ambience is also looks good.Best company to work at for PHP developers. Good management hierarchy. Worst experience at the time of interview process for QA position. HR department is corrupted. They call the candidated through consultancies and take money (2 month salary) from them. Not recommonded to join.

Very good interview Process

The interview process was very good and all the panelists were also great but can you tell me usually how long does it take you to respond back to the candidates? I havr interviewed through the online procesa and so far HR has not contacted me about the result. It will ne great if you can respond back to candidate asap because candidates are really waiting for your response. Apart from this whole process was great.

Well I visited this company twice. Both the experiences are same. People here lack HR Skills. Even after having experience of so many drives they are always short on panel. Candidates are shortlisted for second round in the morning @10.30 AM and interviewed in the evening @7.30 PM meanwhile no one cares to address if we need anything, how much more time it will take. And irony is as main panel is tired in the evening they ask helpers / assistants to take interviews as a formality and say HR will let you know.I am not upset because I didnt get selected but I am disappointed because of the treatment I got there and I even couldnt justify my potential infront of selection panel as it was late and they asked assistants to take our interviews as a formality only.1 star - Best part of waiting here is reading sticky notes written for other employees and chair spins 😂

Very Poor Management. Called up for interview at 2 P.M, Closed the gates at 1 P.M due to high response. Before hiring other staff, Xento Systems should improve their management staff who are wasting other peoples time. How can a company grow up if they dont value others time.
