Pathetic company ! They couldnt even afford their employes salaries😂

Pathetic company ever. If you are looking for a job dont go with them they just do timepass. Worst company ever. I submitted 30 pages report for Recruitment knowledge. still they mentioned its not enough so what they want from a recruiter. Never ever try with them they are pathetic just worst.

I would not suggest this company, as there is no transparency starting right from the interview process. They take 1 hour of interviews and never get back with the feedback. I would suggest the company to please improve on their interview process and build transparency so that it will be helpful for the candidates to trust any start ups in their process. The poc HR intern was very rude as well if we go an check with any feedbacks. I wouldnt recommend this company because I believe the quality of a company will be known by the first impression itself. Which Smart Serv failed to do. And I am not writing this to bring a bad impression. What I am saying is at least have some professionalism in reaching out to the candidate for their feedback irrespective if they are select or hold or reject because we do spend equal amount of time as you in the discussion and we have the rights to know whats the feedback and we can improve the same in our next interviews going forward.

Use less place just a waste of time trying to even give your interview... take your interview for days discuss the salary but dont give you an offer letter
