It Is USELESS Company.Manager behave very rudely with new joiners. I joined as a fresher they didnt provide any training and when I asked any doubts,manager behaves very rudely with me. They have no sense how to treat new joiners.I also complaint about the manager to the HR team but they also didnt gave any response.They dont deserve even rating 1. They torture QAs a lot to hide their in-capabilities. CEO is also a useless. Manager abuses employees infront of CEO and he does nothing.It is time waste company. 😡😏🤮

I worked in NADSOFT more than 4+ years. Wonderful work culture. Friendly and co-operative working environment. I have worked many frameworks. CMS, CRM. Worked with different types Web Applications. Thankful to management that they gave me opportunities to explore my self.

But if you are not working properly, you can be easily noticed in a small company and it would be highlighted.Mr. Hamid as the CEO of the company has been a great support for the team, He always motivates individual employees for learning new things and problems solving, That itself says volumes about the leadership.Even in the Covid period, there were no pay cuts and no job losses.Its really sad to see the peers (or ex-peers) sharing the wrong message on this forum.ConsResource crunch at times. So you might get to work that you dont want to do.

Useless company. After 3 interview rounds I got selected but I didnt receive offer letter and when I asked to recruiter he gave me usless reasons. I dont want to give even one star but I dont have any other option. Dont waste your time here.

Worked here for quite a while. Nice location at the heart of the city. Interview process was well organised. A great place for newbies to learn and for experienced developers to showcase their skills. They work with different technologies. And the projects are delivered on or before schedule.

Useless Company with Abusive Manager

I worked here for more than 5 years. Being its part I am glad to say that Nadsoft has very different environment from other companies which gives you a lot of freedom to learn and exposure with clients. Employees are every helpful, if got stuck with any issues people are ready to help. Having a great experience. I liked the environment and the work that I was doing here. It works like a team and we have fun as well.

Yesterday I visited NADSOFT for the first time for an interview. It is a very systematic and genuine company. They do not Collect any extra charges for an interview like other fake companies also they do not call candidates just for a timepass for an interview like other companies, they take interview processes all three phases and check skills. So candidates can go if you have any interview call it is not fake company.

Dont deserve rating 1. Advice to management respect your employees properly specially the manager abuses the employees. While you leave from the office the manager will purposely ask you to wait even if no work. Work in a medical store instead of working here. If this is not the truth then just give a REPLY i have many things to say and justify my ratings are true. WORSE COMPANY EVER. They dont even provide salary slips to emplyees..... They torcher QAs a lot to hide their in-capabilities....u will not even get holiday if somebody dies in your family.....no increment......Yogendra narayan and many are fake..they are not employess of this company.

I have been at Nadsoft for over 1 year and is working with the PHP team. Here I have worked with various clients with numerous project through which I have learned many trendy technologies. It works like a team and we have fun as well on every important events. We even get bonus in every work that is done with dedication. I am enjoying working in the company.

Dont trust on this company this will take all process of interview and even if it selected you it will not release your offer letter.

Parking issue is there. Vehies need to park on road

Such a bad company, they have a policy to switch off the phones which is applicable to only for the employees. Manager can receive his personal calls even if you are taking interviews. Just waste of time
