Good company, but work culture not much

Never join this company, they post fake jobs on job portals with misleading job description and fake salaries. After applying and during discussion they will tell you very low salaries and look to exploit you. This organization is misleading the people.

EON Kharadi is one of the finest architecture in Pune..Company is okay .. Do not expect to get a hike as previous hard work is not considered.

Worst company..!!!!!! Pathetic Management. They dont select you without giving any reason or feedback.Interview Rounds were so damn easy bcz all they ask is for your general introduction.Anyone can be easily selected with good coms.Its totally a waste of time. Worst company I have came across.

Company is good but mangaei is very poor. They are not provide ot and incentive 😡 and when they allow this in salary not credited.

Management is denying company provided earned leave and they dont have proper reason to denying and the worst thing is that they are considering week off in leave 😠

The bldg. is amazing. But if a person has come in for an interview, the basic decency of asking if they wanted water in the sweltering summer heat that existed when I had come in 2008 is gone!!! The cups kept near the water dispenser are half a cutting size.

One of the best places to work and off course it depends on your manager. Talking about the campus its beautiful. The cafeteria could be better.

Behaviour of HR was very arrogant, She was not even ready to reply me for job profile and job timings and when I have asked details then she said you are not comfortable . How she can decide on phone whether Im comfortable or not ? Her name was Sonia and worst HR interaction that I ever had . I think she has ego that she works at Mphasis. Some one else also having similar review abut HR.
