Good place to give interview here, nice behavior of HR and interviewer, they will guide you very politely and they r providing samosa snacks as well to walkin fellas,One day selection process,Sometimes after clearing round they may gave confirmation after months as wellBut overall good experience i got here.

Very happy working with this company.Its tough to crack interviews here, but the company knows exactly which kind of people they are looking for.Also, I had lots of questions before coming to this company, but I am really happy with the work culture and the level of projects people work on. Great work life balance & bosses. They give you your own space & freedom to work.I have got settled here very quickly and people are damn helpful & knowledgeable. If you want a learning of start-up & quality of working with an MNC, then do join this company, it is the best of both worlds.

Never waste your time in this Company if they are calling you for an interview. I successfully wasted my 1 hour . The Person who interviewed me behaved as if he is some technical master and I am a fool. He asked some irrelevant questions and i gave answers too but he was countering as if he is sitting there just to reject me. He didnt even greeted me properly. too much attitude these people have.I have an advice to the HR there, Please have someone to take interview who wants to select people and not just sitting there to reject.HR was kind and asked me feedback about the interviewer which was the only good part.

No parking space for people coming for interview. the security guard is very rude speaking with visitors.

Whether you are, in Hell or in Heaven? Only depends on Manager you will get here. Manager does not know how to run a project, how to plan for project success.They just throughout whole team in a blind well and expect them to invent their own bulb and do the job.In this Blood sucking company, employees stays 20-24 hours in office and has to go home next morning. Senior management dont even care of such situation. Overall, no work-life balance.Dissuade this company, otherwise you will surely loose your identity and self-confidence.

I had a very bad experience in this company. This company should not even be a company. I am former employee of mobiliya and these peoples are so pathetic. Mobiliya is worst experience of my life. After leaving company its been 3 months since I am chaising them to give me my relieving letter and fnf but these people are not even responding to my emails and Skype messages. This is the worst organization. People who dont know the meaning of responsibility of work are running this company. Worst company ever , all they know is how to play politics with employee. I highly recommend dont join this company.
