Currently working in this company. Dont join this company3rd class companyno salary on time but want employee to work on time, lots of rules procedure for workHR is puppet, she is not problem solver. worst HR dept. Always ask to contact HR head who wont respond to HR queriesDevelopment-lots of politics between managers and sr, ego issue. Dont know how they reach to this position as they are not good in coding, verbal communication, document writing, team handling. On the name of procedure always try to hide the mistakes. BA are also puppet, no skills, no efforts only do bossing to other developers to follow instruction.

Working with Katalayst family (Magarpatta Branch) with 5.3 years of experience. I was not good in MVC, but now I too much confident to explore Laravel framework. I delivered 3 projects within 2.2 years. Manager helps & guide to deliver project on time with client satisfactory. They provide technical session to improve developer skills on regular basis. Management is too good to support & encourage to learn new technologies. I love this work place.
