I worked in InfoBeans around 3 year and I created WOW great learning. Good company and open culture is also good. I left just because of career growth. Other wise no point to leave such a good company.Only one advice, Senior employees need to be Shift on yearly rotational bases. Because when senior employee make a group then its hard to stop politics or favoritism and It impact to Company.

Very pathetic.. taken interview for almost 2 weeks and schedule HR round after completion of 2 technical including telephonic interview. Then just on the same day when f2f hr was scheduled one of the representative call me and said HR discussion is cancelled as there are no requirement now for Pune location.And then they told me I can join but as a technical support Engineer as there are no requirement for development but my profile is software Developer.So guys dont think to appear for any interview here they are just doing timepass as they have done with me..
