They will have 3-4 round of interview, After selection they will give you joining dates and before 1 day of joining, you will get call and they will say we have one more round of interview, some pointless questions just for formalities they will ask and in very shameless manner they will reply you that you are not selected. They will ask for documentation when you submit it they will reject you.This is pathetic because I dont know what are you seriously doing with documents, Are you guys using it illegally somewhere?Team Lead Rahul Tomar was the person from this firm who did this all unprofessional things.Compucom learn working ethics first then go for hiring dont waste time of people by giving fake assurance.

I worked here for almost two years and its was a great experience for me. With no doubt it is one of the best company for freshers, rarely any another company provides you such a excellent package to non experienced and freshers. Great work environment, great team, very supportive seniors. Awesome work colleagues, with whom you will definately create a beautiful memories. Also you get various trainings as per you interests, portals for self development in any particular technology or any skills. If you are a freasher and you get a chance to work on these company, just goo for it.

Very Unprofessional and unorganized company. They will steal your ideas and work. Most people are only impressed by stupid fancy office setups, and call it a a good place to work. It is the worst place actually. False promises and fake setup. You will have to walk unnecessary everyday for 1km inside, and HR is also very unprofessional.

PATHETIC place to work, found cockraoches in company food in more than 3 occasions if I remember correctly. Rude management which is full of dirty politics, no recognitions given to hard work & they keep WHINING about do more. The management overseas are not at all bothered about how things are working out in the Pune office (In one case we even experienced one of the overseas managers to be RACIST) & only treat the loval managers as the POC. HR, Managers, Country managers change as per the weather, when I was working in CompuCom I saw that 2 managers unexpectedly quit their jobs & did not even come the next day or serve a notice period, following that episode a couple of weeks later the country manager also QUIT. Once the company even worked for 2 whole months with no HR for 2 months back in 2012. No proper work flow & the managers for some reason have overwhelming expectations from their subordinates while they pay PEANUTS ! Youve ought to check their appraisal standards.. LMAO ! Sadistic places like these are only good enough for freshers who would get a good experience about what they should expect from HYPOCRITICAL Managers & gather knowledge about what mistakes they should not commit while switching on to their next job. There is absolutely no extra pay or incentives given to employees while working in night shifts & thats actually what you do when you join this company as it works primarily during the U.S working hrs. No Job Security, No Perks, No Knowledge gained, No Growth, No Recognition & the list can go on & on. But heres the most Hilarious event which I would like to share with you all. CompuCom has a policy of 3 month notice period when you resign & many employees even me for that case work only for 1 month while we negotiate with the new company to pay for the 2 month notice period which actually works out. Apparently I got a call from the CompuCom HR 2yrs down the line that they want me to pay the 2 month notice amount since they messed up their homework.. LOL ! To be frank Google should be fair in their rating & actually also provide a scale for negative points cuz CompuCom Pune actually deserves that !
