I joined as a Fresher and everyone was welcoming and friendly. The senior management and the rest of the team is very helpful and there isn’t much hierarchy. It is easy to speak to seniors and ask them for guidance. I joined during the pandemic so I had to work from home. With no technical skills, I was comfortable with my work in less than two weeks. This was a really good opportunity for me!

Went for an interview and was pleasantly surprised at the people skills the staff had. Right from the reception, to HR, to Operations and the Principal. The organization was more interested in me as a person and my ability to learn and add value, rather than an off the mill interview wherein the interaction is usually one sided and based on the monetary take home aspect. For career minded people, I highly recommend the organization and for clients Im sure they will be able to rise up to the occasion.
