My colleagues here were really awesome and also the management was very good, however the managers were really harsh. I received direct threats from managers while serving my notice period 😡 stating that I have a very few days left with me and that they could still terminate me. Sometimes while going to pantry the managers would follow me to check on me. This was such a rude behaviour and was really not acceptable at all but as my hands were tied and also the HR was with the side of managers I was unable to take any action. After serving the organization for more than 3 years I have been felt so let down. I bet if a poll happens, more than 80% employees in my process will say that they left the job due to managers behaviour.

One of the worst company I have ever been to for an interview. You go for an Interview and sit there for hours and no one will come and ask you anything. There is no point of contact also when you want to ask something to the HR team they will not entertain you and will ask you to meet your recruiter and not to forget theyre super rude. Meeting HR is tougher than meeting some VIP person ( where guards wont let you meet them directly). Also they check your CIBlL score , How many loans you have, Whether you have credit card or not. Which is not relevant or unnecessary for a job. They are offering you a job not a loan.

They called me for an interview and after hours of travel through traffic, they did not even allow access inside their premises!No parking facility. The one pay and park they had around a 100 meters from the location was only to furnish around 50 2 wheelers where they already had 100+ bikes parked and treated like a junkyard. Everywhere else is a no parking!

I visited this place for an interview. My friend works here. The work culture is very good as compared to other KPOs. There interview process contains three to four rounds. First is english language and general aptitude test. Then HR round and then managerial round. Work is in UK shifts so much better.

Capita is a cash rich company but being here for about a year, I feel the people around are not too sattisfied.. there are many short term onshore opportunities, which is good for junior level employs. Work life balance is a major challenge for most of the people around.

Hello Team,We are facing problems in Capita Pune magarpatta new location as ther are doing painting work because of that many people are facing health issues like throat infection and skin infections also we have observed that paint small coming from drinking water.No hygiene maintained we have reached out to facility team and instead of working on this issue they are saying we cant do anything until paint work completed,We recently moved from Capita Kalyani Nagar Pune to magarpatta. However, they should complete the work then do the shifting procedure .I request to get it resolved or else I need to involve grievance team to highlight all the responsible person as this is directly impecting to the employee health.Please resolve this issues as soon as possible.

I visited the company for interview. I was sitting outside in the sun for 1hour because the HR didnt come. Many candidates were sitting outside the company they didnt let us in until the HR came. Atleast you should let the candidate in.
