Daily commute to Bitwise Terratower is so easy, But I would like to suggest to wear your helmet if you dont want to park your vehicle outside.

A good place to work at. Highway touch so long distance commute becomes slightly easier. Once in a while highways are jammed due to traffic incidences. Good cafeteria within the building.

One of the best office corporate places visited in a while. Very well guarded with high security. If you are going for a meeting go 15 to 20 mins in advance to accommodate security checks.

Bitwise got their new tower in Baner which gets noticed everytime anyone passes by with their unique idea of hoisting the national flag which can be spotted from a distance..No doubt it is a wonderful company to work in and that offers a lot of opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally as well

Interview process for BD !!round 1 : Screening with regards to the Job role & Understanding the current role in the organizationround 2: Interview with a BD rep based in India on discussion with the process of cold calling etcnormally both the rounds happens to be in a span of 2daysround 3 : If both the rounds are cleared the final round is with onsite based in US with regards to understanding the role few mocks etc.overall the whole process does take time atleast a month to know the final result.HR team does give updates on time to time base if required.the experience was good enough.

Had a worst experience. I was called for an interview and I travelled all the way from Vishrantwadi and my interview was not even conducted stating my profile was not strong enough! How rubbish is this !! Cant your HR team shortlist the appropriate candidate and then call them for an interview, rather than just calling them and asking to go back without even interviewing them. I guess, they are just filing their database by calling canditates making them fill forms so as to show the management that they interviewed so many candidates.
