Why glassdoor says a different story about the quality of work, job security and so much false commitment. Force layoff or asking to resign is not a behavior of human based organisations. Eat[hire] as mush as u can digest[pay]. Hiring for few months and max upto one year without employees knowledge is sign of your low/failed mentality. Being fair is very good policy. Just to grow financially doing anything like a daemon is not the human act. Let the employees grow, do not ask Sachin[batsman] to bowl like a fast bowler. Every engineer has their area of expertness being an educated CEO or Director you must understand this. Earning some crores of rupees does not mean that now he has a control of all 5 elements of the life[air, fire, space, earth and water]. So many such thinkers are increasing the beauty of mortuary. Be real educated.
