Hi everyone please dont go for Aloha technology.They are not available with there schedule interview on time. After that also I was cleared all round 1 st technical, 2nd technical round aftre that documentation round and then they go for HR round.When we discuss about salary discussion then they again rescheduled my another manager technical round with team.After that round they told me for capture one video where is mention that Aloha technology is great place to work, working culture is also good like thiss kind of lie. On that time I need a job so I did it for them.Very very bad experience from HR and also from there management team.

HR would ask you personal question like explaining the family tree.. They are for sure following wrong HR practices.. They needs to be audited for that..

As an experienced person in sales I would suggest dont join here. They normally dont hire throughout the year but tie up with a recruitment agency and hire in bulk at a time and within the first 3 months they will remove you before the probation is even over. (Shouldnt the company give some time for a person to blend into the organization?) To be honest the management doesnt really give a DAMM!! about you or your problems. For a well established company I expected better outcome and understanding from the management (that is what an employee would always want from a company to treat you properly. If you ask for a leave its like asking them for a kidney.) Not sure about how the work culture is for the tech & engineering teams but this is the situation in the sales team. Very Sad.

Would recommend a great company to start with , full of cultural diversity but still every one respects the view of other, lot of liberty if you are good at work , management decision making , opportunity to learn ,cross skill , respect for your work

Very very worst company ever in the world. The manager and the management is very poor and the HR only listen mangers order. Request you all don’t join this company. No employee benefits and treat as slaves. No work life balance.

No time management...1st they fix the time for interview on zoom meeting and then no one will take interview during given time....😡😡

Basically its cloud based company.If youre going here for interview you should go in formal attire, selection process consist of 3 rounds 1)Written aptitude+technical (c/c++) 2)Technical interview 3)HRIf you have godd communication skills and basic knowledge then you can easily get selected here.Company atmosphere is quite good and pleasant wind blows continuously.

My bad luck and lack of technical knowledge I rejected .. but there all round was very nicely treated and I learnt good things from manager and ... Hr was very nice ...Actually they need excellent communication with basic technical skills... But I had gone without preparation 😥😪😒.. if I get chance once more ... Then definitely Ill select..... ..

First they call you again and again then you go for the interview after clearing all the round they will tell you leave for the day will contact you within 8-12 days after 8 days when you call hr she will tell you are rejected.simply advice to hiring team please dont waste our precious time we put efforts for the interview dont waste or valuable time and emotions.

Had a interview here. The process was good. H.r round was wierd as they asked very much about family details. Technical rounds were good. But didnt get selected . Bad luck

I attend for the interview and cleared all round.But after 8 days I called to hr regarding final joining status, hr said you are rejected.So suggestion to hr please dont waste valuable time of candidates and dont do drama with candidates.So please stop fake call of interview.All interviews taken person are fake and doing drama with candidates.So suggestion to job seeker please check interview reviews on glass door and then attend the call of fake aloha hr.

Pros:Good encouragement from managers and hr team. Strong leadership.Cons:You will become addictive to the companys work culture and feel part of the company in long term. You will feel pain while leaving the company.

Excellent interaction, good management, training provided.. leaders always worked shoulder to shoulder with respect. Understand the ups and downs of the employee and suggest the right path.

Went for the interview. Interview process is the worst. Took 2 candidates at a time for Technical F2F interview😂😂. And same old industry approved dialogue from HRs We will let you know. Cant even be true towards the candidates.
