SIMPLY AVOID THIS SHOP. Rude owner and staff. No sense while talking to customer while return of damage shoe. No return policy and they simply asked me to go police if i wanted to. They will not provide their franchise/head office number to complain, there is nothing i could get online as well. They sold 2 year old made shoe in full price ( it was on sale which I identified later when i went to home and found 50% off tag in the box) and when i asked them to replace me with latest made they refused and simply asked me to go out of the shop and refused to give me cash voucher as well.To post my comment i had to select one star otherwise this is not even worth to get one star. Google should introduce (-) star as well.

One of the best retailers for shoes near Balewadi Phata. The shop is small yet has a quite a good range of all in footwear. Very responsive sales staff.

They do not have much varieties. They have formal as well as sports shoes but lack the variety. Also prices for formal shoes are from ₹1500 which is way costly as per the quality.

Shoe quality is poor (except regular branded stuff). I bought casual shoe. Its threading got damaged within a week I started using it. I thought I would exchange it with new pair. But they denied and get my shoe repaired. Eventually again threading got damaged fully and I had to threw shoe.

Avoid this shop, they sell damaged shoes & No replacement for sold damage good.I got a shoe from here which started losing its colour on second day itself. When I gave them for repairs they returned after one month, colour & sole totally was wasted. Grey became navy blue, It was washed with RIN supreme, they didnt even remove stains while returning .. shoe lost shine, even laces were torned out completely , when I asked them for spare. They said this Londons company doesnt have spare laces or sole,Must visit showroom at JM road - CLACKS. I didnt find anything there also. They told me your shoe is wasted !! So my Rs 8000 was gone.Highly recommended to all , not buy any high brand shoes from here. Its not worth.Poor after service.Dont spend more than RS 500-800, causes all this 5 star are from cheap buyers.

Very Poor service which gets even worse when u tell them you will pay against gift vouchers and will find some reason to not accept them. Totally disappointing experience.
