Dear All,Dont buy red tape shoes from any red tape showrooms. I bought red tape formal shoes from Westend mall,Aundh on 25.10.2020 @ 1950 against Bill no. R315-646. Sole of shoe is totally broken in just 4 months. When I called customer care they said warrantee over. Life of local shoes is min.1 year and red tape shoe break in 4 months only.so think before buying red tape shoes.

Shoes was great at price but I also bought garments of red tape and got wrong in that pack. And I was trying to call but thats the wrong number which is provided. If there is correct number tell me.

Bad service representative. No one attend me when I enter store. I asked about price they staff answered me from chair. This is very unprofessional behavior. I wanted to buy shoes but I changed my mind due to this incident
