No worthy I have purchased leather loafer . After few days of use, I am facing my heel paining. As per cost it has lack of quality. Very poor. Its better to buy from brand like bata in amount of 2k than non brand products

Horrible service provided! I purchased a pair on the 2nd of September and wore it for a couple of days. When I tried to remove the label, the leather also started to come off. So I took the pair to the shop to get it replaced and requested the person in charge who also claimed to be the owner to give it to me in writing. She refused and started yelling at me when I asked for a refund. She also insulted me by saying that I am used to going into shops and bullying shopkeepers to get new pairs of shoes. The woman was called Mrs. Kadam. I request that no one buy shoes from the store as the customer service is very bad! I also want to know whether she is actually the owner of the store, so if anyone knows, kindly confirm.

Ok for some regular shoe styles. not much varieties available. fixed rates. instead you can check their sinhgad road outlet for more varieties in the styles.

Very Bad...bought Massive brand sandals..not even well used during this lockdown and started to tare already.wasted my around 2.5 thousand..will buy egoss from next time as usual..rough and tough for what you pay...

Third class customer experience. Wasted only 5 mins. Went to buy sandals for my kid (5yr). The attendant threw the sandal in front of us asked my son to try out. Paytan gheun muskatat maravishi vatli. Immediately got out the store. Also they have very cheap and limited stock. Overall BAKWAS!!!😡

Had a bad experience with the people running the shop. They dont accept UPI, because according to the lady on the counter it is evil. The salesman and the lady in the counter acted as they were doing a favor to the customer.Please stay away.
