Products are good but person on counter dont have manners how to talk with ladies he is such arrogant & tell ladies customer not to visit again as he is employee i would have given minus rating

Nowa days the quality of bags has gone down. I purchased a good purse of around 1800 and the skin of leather or a layer of it started coming out. I have hardly used the purse. Now its not looking good.

We were a very big fan of dune shop.Every year me and my sisters used to purchase bags from there for us or someone from our family.... You can say we were regulars for more than 5 6 yearsThen...Incident 1: there was zip problem for one of the bags when i took the bag to the shop they said its charge able because it was post 6 months... despite being a regular they Charged us ,when we said we were regulars ,he said there are people who come for more years than you...we ignored it...we paid the amount and topic closed.Incident 2: my sister purchased a very nice bag from there...within 15 days of using it,the handle at the side broke,the leather came off, even the sides of the strap...she stays in Mumbai..so she contacted them and told them about the problem...they said get it here we will try as much possible as we can do...this incident was in feb last week...by the time i got the bag to pune and settled in, the lockdown happened...so was not able to go to the store..When i was finally able to visit ...He said the one broken side will only be changed, the color will change as we wont get the leather of that color, when i asked to replace both as it will look very odd,he said it will be charge able ,he was not taking any responsibility , he just said you have to pay and blamed everything on lockdown, you did not use it hence there was wear and tear...the person was not at all understanding,very disappointed and very very rude......when buying bag you used to butter us a lot but when it came to responsibility you back off...this is not fair.

Nice shop for ladies purse and bag once you enter in shop you will fall in love and definitely you will not came out of the shop without purchase a bag or purse.

Quite narrow minded when it comes to payment method. Do not accept any digital payment method for purchase below 500 Rs. Sad to see such less flexibility in current situation.

I purchased a bag worth rs 1200 two years back and its handle broke third time today. Once they repaired it , after some days it broke again. I asked them to replace the bag but they are not ready for it. It was repaired again. I have used it only twice and it has broken again. Disgusting😡😡😡

Very wide range of bags with very good price range too.. my mother have every types of bag from dunes only for last 6 years now..I visit this very shop for bag/purse shopping and i can buy within 15-20 mins.. good staff and they show whatever we ask them to show..Price wise this may be come across a bit costly but the durability and quality of bags make the cost quite worthy.I suggested this shop to various relatives and friends, they liked the shop too..Do visit!!

Bags are ok look wise, but not much variety.. my bag stitches came out in 5 months. When contacted owner asked me to throw it..PS: They offer discount only if you pay in cash.

One of the best places in pune to shop for bags, purses etc. store men/women are helpful and is quite friendly. a rarety in pune. collection and options are plentiful and there are very good chances that you will come out with something atleast. quality of products is also high..as most probably they sell exclusively their make only and not other brands. so they can maintain durability and change design as and when they think is required

Credit cards are not accepted for some funny reason like no range etc.

Its one of the worst experiences regarding quality of bag and their service. As per cost of bags material used and Stitching quality is too poor... The bag tore within 2 days of buying it, on complaining, they said that we used it poorly. And refused to mend the torn bag.

They have variety. the quality of material is not good. the lether layer from the bags start droping off...in short time...the purses becomes useless...no value for money
